They complied last time, so I wanted to give them my business today. NEVER AGAIN. The young man working put his on, but the young woman who ended up ringing me up refused to place it over her nose. I told her it only worked if her nose was covered, and she proceeded to tell me that I didn't have to worry. I told her I did if I contracted the virus and passed it on, and she laughed, saying she didn't have it. I asked repeatedly how she could claim that, and she said she was healthy and felt fine. In the meantime, another male employee walked in, and I said to him, and you're not wearing a mask at all. His reply? "No, I'm not. And I just got back from Ft Lauderdale!!!" He then flailed his arms and pantomimed that I was being ridiculous. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN, AND WOULD BE FINE IF THOSE TWO WERE FIRED. This isn't a joke, and I don't go to work every day and wear tons of PPE to have my life jeopardized by ignorant people. I'M LIVID. My complaints tend to be systemwide no matter what store or state I am in. Also their app sucks. I click "send to the card" and I can't see later what coupons are on the card. I used to be able to go to that red machine for what is on my card and for price checks but I didn't see that machine.
