The first entrance you come to is not an entrance- it's marked truck exit, but you can't see the sign till you've already turned. The bushes need trimmed, at the very least. Once in there, the lots don't connect so you're stuck. Went out the other truck exit (and presumably entrance) onto Wilson Road and tried again at the next entrance off 36. It is also unmarked, but at least it is the correct one for cars. Harumph. After that, it was a better experience. Kid K wanted a slushie and they don't have those, sadly, but otherwise have a decent drink and snack assortment. A few hot items. Plus restrooms, a laundromat, a TV lounge for truckers, road supplies and clothes, and more. Staff were super friendly and efficient, and kid-friendly. Gas prices are competitive. There's a Denny's or some such attached. Getting back onto 36 was easy, though crossing to the lane for 71 South was sketchy. 71 North is easy, right past the lot exit. Not the best truck stop/travel center I've been to, but not the worst. I'd go again, and now I know how to get in and out.

Brandon is welcoming, on top of everything, and just makes sure everyone is doing alright there. The facilities are pretty standard. They do their best to clean everything in a timely manner, but they have been pretty understaffed and so I give some grace on that. Majority of the employees are very kind and helpful though. We had no issues when it came to getting items or getting a spot to park for the night.

Dear Speedway Team,…read more I wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation for the exceptional service at your location at 131 London Rd. in Delaware, OH. Every time I visit, I'm consistently impressed by the outstanding customer service provided by the entire team. The staff is always courteous, professional, and genuinely helpful. In my opinion, most gas station food leaves a lot to be desired--but this location is a welcome exception. The food is consistently fresh and enjoyable, making it stand out among similar establishments. I'd also like to recognize the store manager in particular. On two separate visits, the iced coffee machine wasn't working properly. She took the time to kindly explain the issue and resolved it quickly each time, all while remaining patient and attentive. I believe the store manager name is Sue. Overall, this Speedway is the best gas station I've experienced, and I truly appreciate the team's commitment to quality and service. Sincerely, Lamonte H.

In spite of taking a long time to get it ready, my most recent shake had full sized, unblended peach slices at the bottom of the cup, and I'm pretty sure a full unblended scoop that I had to keep poking at with the straw. It still tasted good, but wasn't done well. The location seems clean enough, but their customer service is, again, just OK.

She listened to the story and when I asked for her preference, she answered without pause "caramel cone" and whipped me up a sundae that's her favorite- and paid for it herself "because it's your first time!" Not only was the ice cream smooth and creamy and sweet and incredible- so was Lynn. Thank you!

I work in downtown Columbus, and by the time I passed Rt 161, the truck started shaking badly and then the engine cut out. It would not start again, so I had to call a service truck to tow me back to the Dodge dealership in Delaware. I had to get a loaner car and went immediately back to the service station to let them know that I believed something was wrong with the diesel fuel that I had just purchased. They quickly pulled out a claim form (like this happens all the time). I completed the form and waited to hear from their insurance company. The Service Manager at the Dodge dealership called me later that afternoon to let me know that they found water in the diesel fuel and that the damage repair was going to be $14,000! Long story short, my husband spend a lot of time finding, ordering and delivering new high pressure pump and injectors, to bring the total bill lower. it took 6 weeks to get the truck back in the same shape that it was in prior to fueling on Oct. 30th. Well BP's insurance company has denied our claim for reimbursement twice now and we even have a sample of the fuel with a 1/4 inch water at the bottom of the small glass jar. Apparently, it is difficult to win this type of judgment in court against BP, so I just want to warn everyone not to purchase diesel fuel at this station, because it could cost you a vehicle! I
