The first entrance you come to is not an entrance- it's marked truck exit, but you can't see the sign till you've already turned. The bushes need trimmed, at the very least. Once in there, the lots don't connect so you're stuck. Went out the other truck exit (and presumably entrance) onto Wilson Road and tried again at the next entrance off 36. It is also unmarked, but at least it is the correct one for cars. Harumph. After that, it was a better experience. Kid K wanted a slushie and they don't have those, sadly, but otherwise have a decent drink and snack assortment. A few hot items. Plus restrooms, a laundromat, a TV lounge for truckers, road supplies and clothes, and more. Staff were super friendly and efficient, and kid-friendly. Gas prices are competitive. There's a Denny's or some such attached. Getting back onto 36 was easy, though crossing to the lane for 71 South was sketchy. 71 North is easy, right past the lot exit. Not the best truck stop/travel center I've been to, but not the worst. I'd go again, and now I know how to get in and out.

Every time I visit, I'm consistently impressed by the outstanding customer service provided by the entire team. The staff is always courteous, professional, and genuinely helpful. The food is consistently fresh and enjoyable, making it stand out among similar establishments. I'd also like to recognize the store manager in particular. On two separate visits, the iced coffee machine wasn't working properly. She took the time to kindly explain the issue and resolved it quickly each time, all while remaining patient and attentive. Good coverage over the pumps. There's an Arby's inside as well as free WiFi even in the lot. It's pretty cool as this is the only station I'm aware of that has EV charging. I stood there while he continued to watch his phone until he noticed there was a customer standing there. He nonchalantly proceeded to ring up my items and then went straight back to playing on his phone. The guys seemed to care less that he was at work. I understand that there is downtime in work places but that was absolutely blatant carelessness for how you are perceived at your place of employment.
