I work in downtown Columbus, and by the time I passed Rt 161, the truck started shaking badly and then the engine cut out. It would not start again, so I had to call a service truck to tow me back to the Dodge dealership in Delaware. I had to get a loaner car and went immediately back to the service station to let them know that I believed something was wrong with the diesel fuel that I had just purchased. They quickly pulled out a claim form (like this happens all the time). I completed the form and waited to hear from their insurance company. The Service Manager at the Dodge dealership called me later that afternoon to let me know that they found water in the diesel fuel and that the damage repair was going to be $14,000! Long story short, my husband spend a lot of time finding, ordering and delivering new high pressure pump and injectors, to bring the total bill lower. it took 6 weeks to get the truck back in the same shape that it was in prior to fueling on Oct. 30th. Well BP's insurance company has denied our claim for reimbursement twice now and we even have a sample of the fuel with a 1/4 inch water at the bottom of the small glass jar. Apparently, it is difficult to win this type of judgment in court against BP, so I just want to warn everyone not to purchase diesel fuel at this station, because it could cost you a vehicle! I

Good coverage over the pumps. There's an Arby's inside as well as free WiFi even in the lot. It's pretty cool as this is the only station I'm aware of that has EV charging. I stood there while he continued to watch his phone until he noticed there was a customer standing there. He nonchalantly proceeded to ring up my items and then went straight back to playing on his phone. The guys seemed to care less that he was at work. I understand that there is downtime in work places but that was absolutely blatant carelessness for how you are perceived at your place of employment.
