I called my insurance company and they said it was filled there by the heb the day before. I checked to see if maybe it was at my old pharmacy (not because I sent it there just because I thought actually there may have been an old old prescription for the same drug from another doctor that was stopping ins from refilling it?) this is a brand new doctor and I have never told then anything about CVS. CVS seem to have a vague record of it in the system but it wasn't there. I went back to H-E-B and they said yes it was sent to CVS but they got it back via phone call . This prescription was never previously at cvs and i never switched to this CVS. I asked my doctor and they said they have zero record of anything to CVS on my behalf. I know I didn't ask for it to be sent away (why would I do that) and I trust that my doctor didn't because they have records i've never once mentioned CVS to my doctor. I can only surmise that H-E-B transferred it.

When the tech called to price a Med for me she was sarcastically laughing with the company about my having to pay cash (not covered by insurance) for the inhaler as she spoke on the phone. (It was expensive.) Terrible people skills. I have $1,500 worth of scripts a month that I was going to transfer there since they are in my neighborhood. Instead, I went to Kroger in Conroe and got FABULOUS, kind help. KROGER got my cash, fixed my inhaler AND now has my $1,500 of refills every month. Don't go to Village pharmacy.
