They went above and beyond in helping us get my wife's medications ready after her hip surgery. What really stood out to me was that they didn't just treat us like another prescription. They genuinely took an interest in my wife's health, asked about her surgery, and showed sincere concern for how she was doing. Their kindness, patience, and personal attention meant a lot to us during an already stressful day. People often remember great service, but they especially remember when someone genuinely cares. After waiting in the drive thru with no cars moving, I went inside to wait another 30 mins only to be told it's not ready! And this is after voice mail says it's ready, yet automated system says it's pending. I try every day being told waiting on Doctor, Doctor says called in weeks ago! Then I'm told they're out of the med, then I'm told insurance kicked it back. Insurance shows they paid Walgreens for it yesterday but I never picked it up because it was "pending". They've submitted multiple different RX numbers to my insurance yet I've never received my medication. I've been trying for a month!! Transferred my prescription to HEB, got it a few hrs later! Don't go here unless you have lots of time, like to get frustrated and never get your meds!

I know this because I read all the complaints. First I have ran in to availability problems on my drugs. Charles gave me pills to get me through 2 days until they could fill my 90 day supply. Small local pharmacies are not your big box stores that fill a thousand different patients a month so they of course do not have their stock on hand. But speaking to the Pharmacist will get you a loaner dose until they can get your complete prescription. I don't care if your a first responder or Joe Blow you both are just as Important. So using the Tri County Fire because your spouse is not getting his medication right this minute is a childish tantrum played out in Social Media. People if your mad because of something minor I promise reading your complaint a year later will make you think " why did I post that? ". Those who don't I have pity on.
