Their reasoning was that they bagged their own ice so they can limit how much ice every person wants to purchase. We are not living in a country where we have to limit the amount of ice they can be purchased because there's only so much ice to go around. They have what five six six full containers of ice outside their store and they bagged their own ice. It doesn't sound like good reasoning to me. Besides, I'm going to buy my ice somewhere else now and I'll probably buy my gas and everything else as well. They're upgrading their store on the inside and putting all new furnishings. I hope they get their money from other things other than ice.

I had a coin roll of dimes that equal up to five dollars and I also had a couple of dollars to add along with that, the lady named Crystal gave me such a hard time. She did not want to accept the coins. It wasn't like I was handing her loose change. I took my time to count it out and put it in the coin roll she said she couldn't accept the change because she had enough change already. I stated well isn't it still cash.. she said she didn't want to accept the coins because everyone was paying with coins today and she just had too many coins. I think this was terrible customer service and I would never in my life go back to that gas station that was all the money I had to put in my car and I couldn't even get any gas. Coins are a form of payment. Whoever is the general manager I will be coming to speak with them because that was very unfair and unprofessional!!!!

I'm African American, and I picked up on some type of racial bias. Secondly my son and I have had the same experience with the older woman whose name starts with an A. When I attempted to purchase an item that was 1.38 cents with six quarters. She stood away from register and folded her arms and rolled her eyes. When I questioned her actions . She said she don't want change. I explained that it was still currency. And I told her that she was acting rude. She replied that I was rude and I was the problem. She doubled down by saying that I should go to another store if I didn't like what she said, I replied that I was the customer, and she asked me did I want a pat on the back for that. I was flabbergasted and this isn't the first time she's been rude. My son experienced similar circumstances with the same individual. It is just ridiculous. I've lived in this neighborhood before this store was built, I also have bought product there. I will take her advice and never go back , I feel discriminated against. And it makes me wonder if this type of bias is being encouraged by management. I wonder if Ceo Fazil Malik is aware of the disdain of Black customers and the lack of a customer service experience. That many people face daily at this location. I won't spend a nickel there again .

I've seen people come into Love's dressed in much less, so it was frustrating to see so much concern over my toddler being barefoot for a moment. My issue isn't that she said something ...it's the way she chose to speak to me. There are always respectful ways to communicate with customers.
