Went today to pick up my next round of meds and the same technician who messed up my meds was once again rude and dismissive about this error and refused to help me in any fashion. I followed the instructions of my doctor to skip the weeks I had missed of my meds due to the pharmacy mistake and the pharmacy would not give me my next pills until that time had passed and once again messed up my meds. After multiple times of telling them to stop filling my old rxs they still have not deleted them from thier system. I use a coupon each month for one of my rx and everytime I have to physically go inside because they have a hard time applying it to my total out of pocket cost. The lines outside take a long time so I prefer to go inside and get faster service.
