RE: pharmacist (Pharmacy Manager) JESSE/Store manager Luise RODENZO I have life time medications, which is over a counter paid by insurance with prior authorization. After I ordered about 2 months ago in August with store manager & confirmed that the store has medications. I asked Jesse -pharmacist to transfer from previous pharmacy so I can get the medication without interruption. She neglected for about whole month. Finally one of float pharmacist transferred on 10/24. Jesse kept saying there is no medications. She neglect to do follow up. I was out of medication for 1week. I eventually transferred to other pharmacy 10/30. I left mage to her 2X in person 5 x via phone. I also left msg to the store manager Luise Rodenzo 2X in person 5x via phone. None of them returned a calls I am still out of medication for 10 days. I filed a case against the pharmacist at CA Board of Pharmacy under investigation. (CASE # PHAR-20251101-28929) I also reported to CVS corporation. Horrible Customer service!! Horrible management! Extremely unprofessional ! **i am a former CA attorney making a statement under penalty of perjury.

**Do not park here after the sun goes down!! The people managing this CVS work with a predatory and illegal towing street hustle named "ARS Tow". I had to pay $349 cash and uber to skid row at midnight to retrieve my car. No documentation or invoice, which is required for licensed, legal towing. Literally retrieved the car in a skid row scrapyard where a homeless man was tucking himself to sleep outside. Many other victims had their car damaged from careless towing. The tow sign is intentionally placed away from plain view, facing opposite of the lot entrance** If you want more info about the towing company's process, see my review on their yelp page: "A R S Tow" / Click on my profile to quickly find it from here. Be wary of tow signs placed away from parking entrances. Stay safe, observant, and aware I also got followed by a homeless man from the lot to the middle of the cross walk to Dennys.

This is the guy who illegally takes cash for the "towed" cars.

The CVS owner has side hustle with AWS towing company. They illegally tow cars and ask to get paid with cash in downtown LA where they keep the cars. Just got our car back but there were at least 7 or 8 kids in groups who were trying to get their cars too. Their misleading parking lot hours - 24 hrs tricks people in trusting them with their car. Called 911 and filed a police report regarding this shady process

Location: 7-Eleven at 3500 Wilshire Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90005…read more I've been to many 7-Elevens since childhood, but this was by far my worst experience ever. I need to warn others about the unacceptable treatment I received here. I came in wanting to buy hot food items (pizza and hot dogs) from behind the heated glass cabinet/grill. Not being familiar with this location, I wasn't sure if these were self-serve or if staff would help, so I asked. What happened next was shocking: * The cashier kept hovering around me, repeatedly asking if I was buying something while I was just browsing. When I said I was still deciding, he continued watching me like I was going to steal. * When I approached an employee in a black jacket with the same question about the hot food, instead of explaining, he repeatedly told me to LEAVE and go to another 7-Eleven on "Alexander" (which I couldn't even find on maps). No explanation - he just wanted me gone. * The only decent person was the security guard, James, who actually DEFENDED me against the staff. He explained everything in the store is self-service and I could open the heated cabinets myself. He assured me I had done nothing wrong and was welcome there - completely contradicting the employees. * Even while checking out with my pizza, the cashier remained cold and dismissive. Their earlier "grab and go" instruction was confusing since I wasn't sure if it applied to hot food items - which is exactly why I was asking! I'm East Asian/Korean, and I couldn't help wondering if that might have played a role in how differently I was treated, especially since I noticed other customers receiving normal service. I can't say for certain, but something felt very off about the entire interaction. The hostility I experienced made my adrenaline pump and skin crawl. I left feeling humiliated for absolutely no reason like I was being ethnically profiled. I strongly suggest avoiding this location. There are plenty of other convenience stores that will treat ALL customers with basic respect. This wasn't a simple misunderstanding - it was inexcusable mistreatment that has no place in customer service.

I stopped by around 11pm on a Monday night and was in and out in less than 10 minutes. They had everything you'd expect, and the location is really convenient. It was right across the street from the DoubleTree by Hilton that I was staying at. So if you're staying in the area or just passing through on foot (it's on a busy corner), it's easy to swing by. It's your typical 7-Eleven experience, nothing mind-blowing but nothing terrible either. It's a good spot for grabbing snacks or drinks if you need something quick, but it didn't offer anything that made it stand out from the hundreds of other 7-Elevens out there. Parking can be a little tight in the area since it's Little Tokyo, but nothing too wild if you don't mind walking a block or so. It was pretty dead when I was out and about walking. There was a few people experiencing homelessness and there was a fight that broke out in the area but again, I didn't feel unsafe. I would suggest getting on a bike or a scooter to be able to ride faster if you are feeling unsure. Overall, a perfectly fine place to stop by if you're in the neighborhood or need something late at night, but don't expect anything beyond your typical 7-Eleven experience.
