The employees were really just ignoring the waiting customers for an unreasonable amount of time as they worked on other things. Considering that there were more CVS employees than customers, there was no need to keep the customers waiting for around 10 minutes. The Pharmacist who was waiting on a customer when I arrived, told me she'd be right with me. She then proceeded to walk away and do other things and never came back to the counter. Around 10 minutes later one of the employees finally came to the prescription pick up area and waited on me. Very irritating when the CVS employees behave as if their time is more valuable than their customers. Serving waiting customers should be a priority rather than working on items for future pick up.

Still would not go back, I prefer to go to a place where the staff will answer specific questions with facts and not make assumptions. Original review: Do NOT go here. Please know first that I am a patient person and I rarely post anything negative. This has been a nightmare and I know if it happened to me it will happen to someone else. Staff get easily frustrated when anything needs more than very basic review. Charged me for a"deductible" that my insurance confirms I do not owe. Multiple CVS staff have told me incorrect information and continue to claim that a partial payment was made by my insurance, but my insurance has zero claims. Turns out this medication is NOT covered by my insurance and never will be. I would never have paid out of pocket for this knowing that I would have to continue to pay every month. Not only did CVS take over $300 with their misinformation, this also took me many hours over multiple days to figure out, when the denial would have been visible right there on the CVS side the whole time.

This store has some of the hardest working pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and staff. Over time, the last couple of years maybe we have watch this store and staff take on closing Walgreens patients. The lines have tripled and the faces change monthly. This is the only 24 hour pharmacy, you are working them so hard, to the point of people leaving. Staff shortages to the point of having to close due to lack of coverage or a pharmacist needed time off. You care for the medication needs, the literal health of your customers, but not your own staff. No one complains to customers or patients, but when you come from the medical field you recognize the burnout. You see the turnover in staffing. Please help this store and hire more staff. There's a particular part near the center of the store that stood out to me from months ago, and I immediately recognized this as the location I've been looking to come back to and visit. It is so bright and well lit without being overwhelming, it made me happier and more excited to shop. Weird how the brain works with certain tactics, huh? When I went to check out, Abby was at the register, she asked if I found everything ok. I told her yes but I was looking for one product in particular so she immediately pulled up this handheld device and said, "Let's do a search real quick to see if we have it in store." The store's handheld device was a bit slow so she offered to pull it up on her phone. Though I had an idea of why she pulled out her phone, I have MUCH respect for her voicing what she was doing. I know other people would have assumed she was just being rude by using her phone, even if it wasn't the case. She was just trying to help me. Abby was so helpful, attentive, caring, and went above and beyond to try and help a customer out. I left without the product (they don't have it) but I did leave with a smile on my face. I hope Managenent sees this and takes note of their stellar worker. She asked paper or plastic which surprised me. I can't remember the last time I was offered this sort of treatment. Having a weird request but she didn't bat an eye. I may turn this into my new Target of choice!

So much for a "2 of an item per customer" limit on sports card/trading card purchases. There's a…read morenew, highly/coveted football card product out. Gal was doing inventory on the entire section, said I couldn't take anything because she was doing inventory (I understand completely). Meanwhile, there's a mysterious "WTF are they waiting for?" line adjacent to her. I left, came back, 30-40 minutes later. Said football product is gone, and 2-3 guys are standing there with multiple boxes (more than 2 for sure) in their baskets, almost taunting anyone who dared to think they had a chance to get one. I overheard 3 pre-teen boys lamenting how "those guys cleaned out the Topps Chrome football". I wanted a box, yes, but assholes like that are actively preventing kids from participating in the hobby. And on the back end, they'll try to (and probably succeed) sell those boxes for double the retail price. If there's going to be the 2-per item per customer trip/transaction limit on these products, enforce it!! Otherwise, just take the meaningless, overwrought signage down.
