Worst pharmacy ever despite it being open 24/7. I don't know why or how it is that they are super SLOWWWW in filling prescriptions. I've been here twice now and it's always taken almost an hour. In my most recent visit, it was only me and a couple people and it still took almost an hour!! And there were 3 people working in the pharmacy! I don't understand....never again. read more

My grandma's Hospice nurse called in the prescription around 9 PM today and the pharmacist was so patiently checking if all the med is in stock. Within an hour the meds are all ready to be picked up! The pharmacist (I am sorry I didn't catch your name; I only remember your last name starts with Th) was fantastic, he asks me to wait for another 15 minutes so he can get my other med, which was supposed to be picked up at another CVS. He was so thoughtful and friendly! This actually was my first time experienced great service with CVS! THANK YOU! read more

I went in on Friday night to shop and also buy shampoo. Been to this store plenty of times never had an issue well I guess this time my cashier with tattoos named Millisa or something like that was not happy working or having personal issues because she very rude when I was trying to pay for my shampoo and conditioner which I had a coupon for and on top of that she tried to make me look dumb. I ended up not saying a word or asking for a manager I had a head ache and just didn't want to deal with her but she shouldn't be working or taking her problems out on people. Bad customer service ELEONOR was probably one of the worst cashiers ever !!! she had a nasty attitude just because I wanted a refund,I was trying to take out the stuffed from the bag she was like NO don't touch anything? she assumed I couldn't afford anything and that I was trying to steal and grabbed my basket with stuff without even asking if I wanted to purchase the rest of the stuff and the fact the her SUPERVISOR DIANNA was there and allowed her to treat a customer with 0 respect that's not okay!! My 76 year old Mother tragically falls face first on the cement. Dr. recommends Motrin for the swelling and pain, so I go to 24/7 CVS Pharmacy. I look and look for it on shelves. Nothing!!! I ask cashier and she sends me assistance to the pain relief aisle. Employee says, it's in the back still in a bin that needs to be sorted out! WTF!!!! It's a pharmacy, but they don't have Motrin in stock nor did she offer to go to back to get! That's just wrong for a 24/7 pharmacy! Had to get Tylenol, which doesn't help with swelling!!! read more

Been coming here for Pharmacy. The front customer service and operation seems to be ok. Pharmacy department and system is a mess. Recently been refill my prescription inconsistently, while confront, just act like non of their problem, causing my trouble and time. Some times even early by a Month, sometimes so late that I end up to manually do it. Are they trying to rip off customer insurance company?? Now, I discontinued the automatic refill. And looks like will go to other place. (April 26, was two stars) Now, May 1. same f/ing issue, yet they texted me that they tried to call my doctor, while I clearly told them I did not request that and my prescription is one month early. Called them, was put on hold and disconnected. One STAR. June Update Ok, now I've changed the Pharmacy. This CVS started to harass me by texts and phone calls. I texted stop to receive the message and no to all communication, they started the call that I already inform them not to do. Will proceed to do file with BBB soon. Zero Star if I could. read more

Daina B is the greatest cashier/worker I have came across. She was so happy and sweet, she made my purchase worth it. For a 12am wine run, she made me feel appreciated. For a late night shift and the energy she was giving was amazing. I don't really like to point out specific people on their attitude while on the clock since I understand that sometimes one can have a bad day, but this was just horrible. I'm not sure if William is the manager or whatever but as I walk up to the register to pay for my stuff William looked as if he was soooooo upset that he had to stop whatever it is he was doing behind the counter to ring me up. I walk up to Him with a genuine smile & he literally has the most unpleasant face expression. I still tried thanking him & even then he stayed quiet with a crappy attitude . A little low on variety in my opinion, but you can still get the essentials here, which is precisely what CVS is for. The store is smaller than most other CVS's, but like I mentioned before, you can still find what you are looking for here. The cashiers were a bit on the slow side the day I went, but nothing out of the ordinary. This store is A-OK in my book and seeing as how it is one of the only big stores in the area, i will probably stop by again to grab snacks and things like that if I encounter myself in that direction again. read more

This review is for the CVS at 3670 S Nogales at La Puente, which I can't find on Yelp. My wife went in to get her prescription filled. She was told that they would work on it "right away," but did not. She waited for a long time, and found out that they were working on their "backlog" and didn't even start on her prescription, even though she has been standing there right in front of them all the time! They are either mean or incompetent. Do you really want to trust your prescription with these people? Today we got the prescription refilled, and we went to Ralph's instead. And guess what? Ralph charged us only about 1/3 the price and have much better service. read more

I have been coming here for years and experienced my 1st problem. Samantha is the clerk behind the pharmacy counter and was very rude. She made me feel uncomfortable with her rude behavior. On December 8, 2018 I was trying to fill a prescription for my father and Cathy (the pharmacist on duty) told me that they do not have the prescription in stock. During that time she was complaining about other co-workers leaving work early to other co-workers. Finally after 30 minutes of waiting she directed me to go to the CVS on Citrus and they have it in stock. I went to the CVS in Covina on Citrus and Kevin (the Pharmacist) told me they do not have that prescription in stock and Cathy was supposed to call to verify we have it in stock. Kevin called the CVS in La Puente to tell them that they need to call before they send customers to verify. Kevin called the CVS in Baldwin Park and that location did have the prescription in stock. The La Puente CVS needs to hire people that have better customer service and employees that are going to do their jobs. During that whole time my father had to wait because Cathy could not do her job. DO NOT GO TO THE CVS IN LA PUENTE!! read more

SOOO, I was supposed to pick up my moms medicine. FIRST thing I notice when I get in line to pick up was how rude the people from the pharmacy department were. 3 lady's and one guy. As I continue to be super nice since after all, I do work costumer service at my job and just gave a super good attitude...I just kept noticing how rude they were. I noticed that The pharmacist with the white lab coat with glasses just kept rolling her eyes. I especially noticed she rolled them when a elderly lady who needed help with an over the counter medication question..and the pharmacist literally rolled her eyes when she had to step away from her desk to answer the question..I couldn't believe it..We depend on people like them to help us with questions about our medication...the whole time I was waiting for the other girl to check something for my mom..Back and forth they all went making little comments. Horrible Horrible Horrible! I abandoned CVS pharmacies, but this was the only one close to me at 8 PM on Christmas Eve. The jerk that took my info consulted with a colleague and told me it was a "policy" they don't fill prescriptions that are "out of the area". Wow, Rosemead is that far from La Puente. Well, yes it is when you have to drive there, your back is killing you, and all you want to do is be home! I got here and the girl helping me said that's not a policy, they were just too lazy to call your Dr. They shouldn't have refused to fill the prescription!!! I wish there is 0 star for this pharmacy. Terrible customer service. My doctor called in the afternoon to refill my mom's prescription at this location. I came in at 9pm, the staff saw me and rushed closing their store. They told me" we closed" " , they didn't even tell my why. And their sign said, closed at 12am. I asked if their system was down or something, could I get my mom's prescription because she needed it for her high blood pressure. Those heartless staff just left me there without give me any instruction to come back or whatever. read more

Worse customer service ever from the late night female cashier. I came to this 24 hours CVS for getting urgent baby diaper for my sister. I'm not sure which one to get therefore I got 2 kinds and started lining up. As it was my turn, I told the cashier I would take this one and not the other one. I thought she heard me but later on she almost scanned the second one. I told her I don't want that one, then her rude attitude started and said very impolite "why you take this?" I asked her what you said and she did not respond me. I was like what the heck? Do you know what the heck is customer service. If there is no customer shopping at night, then CVS will not need you to be there. Customer no need to take her stupid attitude. It's not like I don't need to pay. I love CVS and I've literally been to 20 different cvs stores but this one is THE WORST! The store is dirty and always not well stocked. Worse than that however, is the attitude of their staff. I've tried this store a couple of times just to give them a shot, and I'm always respectful and say thank you and never raise my voice, but they are just not nice. They are not knowledgable on the company's coupon policy, never want to give rainchecks, can not answer questions about products, and are just not polite. I've walked into other cvs stores and most of them always greet you upon walking in the door, this one none at all, even if you say "thank you" after a transaction, they won't say "welcome". Some cashiers are even chatting away while ringing up my orders. These people really need training in customer service and company policies. The worst one of all of them is the cashier named MARIA. great customer service, but the customer are rude sometime, it is busy store, s othere is a waiting time, i go and drop my prescription and i come back on the the they will tell me, yes some time i have to wait couple minute, at cash register, but if i went on time given , i will find ready most of the times, a lot of customers don;t understand the concept of time, if they said an hour, that means an hour, not 2o minutes and stand in the pick line, this store is busy, and everything is controlled by time. pharmacy likes to fill prescriptions, more prescriptions more money for them, but some times they need to contact the doctors to renew prescription or to verify it, so they contact the doctors in the same day or next day, but some times the doctors are busy too, so it takes days to get answer back. i was there last week , i saw a stupid lady yelling on the cashier in the pharmacy" why her drugs in not ready", the cashier told her " they waiting for her doctor to call them back"' she started yelling," it has been since Friday and today is Tuesday, 5 days ". the stupid ledy counted the weekend days, - it is your job to follow up with your doctors, and give the pharmacy time to get answer back, not last minute- she start complaining without any reason, she hold up the line for 4 to 5 minutes, so some times theses dum customers make the lines longer, for stupid questions, they come early , they wanna yell at somebody so they choose the cashiers to yell at ... , but in general , i never had problem with store , specifically with night shift people, there are lines, sometime long, but i wait, i see them working hard, not standing doing nothing. read more
