This is in regards to the bridge troll lookin a** B**** employee who rudely came back from her break, asking me if I minded "keeping an eye on my kid." who was in the next aisle from me, not messing anything up but instead was neatly aligning product on the shelf. I'd like to know what I'm keeping my eye on exactly. My well behaved, helpful child?! I'm extremely upset she came at me like he was destroying everything in sight, or even anything at all! I think she should apologize to the both of us and thank my son for doing her job for her. I'd also like to state that she's lucky I didn't put her in her place and let her know who the f*** she's talking to cuz that can very easily be done! Trust and believe I'll do just that if there's another issue w her in the future so please make her aware of the consequences of interacting with me negatively for no reason. Otherwise, no other store complaints! read more

I live in OR and am in Kansas City as part of 12 day road trip vacation. I packed all my meds except for the most important: duloxetine. It can cause suicidal thoughts if abruptly stop taking it. I went to CVS in hopes they could get me 12 days of my prescription (usually get delivered by mail from CVS Caremark). Zachary Wallace went above and beyond to get my prescription filled and I am so appreciative of his efforts. My vacation and mental health are saved - and quite possibly my life. I've never skipped it more than a day and even one day is enough to affect me. I've known several people who have committed suicide after stopping abruptly because they thought they were fine - and I was terrified that would be me. THANK YOU Zachary Wallace!!! read more

Recent reviews confirm the news that CVS upper management have chosen to understaff their stores, causing unacceptable delays in providing refills, long lines, and long-term customers reassessing their pharmacy options. My refill was "in process" for a week until I waited a half hour on hold to finally speak with a pharmacy technician. Walgreens is no better. We visited the pharmacy at a large discount store, saw about a dozen workers and NO line, spoke with one of the employees there and moved our prescriptions to that pharmacy. The pharmacy tech at CVS was so stressed she had no time to answer any questions about the sudden downturn in service, and I had no need to delay the ten people in line behind me with my questions. read more

The CVS location at 4990 Vivion Road, Kansas City, MO should be SHUT DOWN! Have been experiencing rude customer service, short staffed, delayed prescriptions, etc. for quite some time. Unacceptable! This time, my scripts have been "in process" for more than 24 hours. After trying several times to reach the pharmacy to inquire of the status of my meds (needed last night for recovery), I was told there was no pharmacist on duty. Given the importance and timeliness of taking prescribed meds, time has overlapped when one of the scripts could help/be used. Further, no one will answer the phone - while my scripts are STILL not filled . . . and I'm still VERY ill!! I wish I could do ZERO stars - that's what they've earned. read more

The people are nice here. And prescriptions don't take too long to fill............ plus it's next to a QuikTrip so that's pretty cool.

The NP that was on duty, Connie Lawson, was very rude. She didn't give a crap about my pain, she was cruel with her offhand remarks about my health. She then insinuates that she will refuse to treat me unless I answered questions I was not comfortable with answering. It was a horrible experience in which I was lied to, gaslit, and bullied. All to get medicine and treatment that I desperately needed. This experience makes me not want to seek medical help/treatment again, especially not at this location. This woman should not be treating any patients if that's how she operates. Do not go here! read more

This is one of my go to when the other CVS is too congested or ran out of things. Every time I go here I am always greeted by the employees with a smile. It's so nice here and I can grabbed what I can and they know their coupon policies too. Although this location is small, it's perfect in this area. read more

pharmacist was very rude. I had only been in line with her for about 5 min and couldn't even give me the prescription that was ready and told me I needed to pull around so she could help the next person and I told her there was now a line and she said, yep you need to pull around in the most condescending attitude. I will not be back. I have waiting for 10-15 min behind people before and they have never been told they needed to pull around. read more

After working with the Pharmacy all morning and into the early afternoon trying to get my order right via phone. When I got there my order was totally wrong and I was told "Let me check!" when I reminded them of what I what been trying to get from the beginning so I stepped back to wait as I watch them return to serving everyone else that was behind me. I should have read these reviews first so I could have not been put thru this abuse by the CVS group. read more

This location has the worst customer service in the Covid testing area. I had an appt but had to reschedule and didn't know the reschedule didn't go through, so I arrived at the time I made the appt on their online site. Then, I waited in line outside. I was brought inside the testing area by the Covid clinician. When providing my ID I was told they didn't have my appt on the books, so they couldn't help me get the test. I need to have a test before I can go back to work after traveling. I had already gone through their process and was inside and NO ONE else was there and she said it was 15 min before her next test- BUT, she wouldn't spend 5 min with me to provide the test. Unbelievable. I'm now down the road at Walgreen's and have received the complete opposite service even without an appointment. They took me as a drive-up and are super friendly and welcoming. I've been a CVS customer for ages, but will be going to Walgreen's now. read more

I called in and talked to Pharmacy tech Brianna (sp?) to inquire about a prescription fill date that didn't make sense to me and she was very short of patience with me, interrupted me to ask my name and DOB while I was explaining my question. Then when I questioned the policies, she got an attitude and practically hung up on me as if I was bothering her. I understand CVS pharmacies are super busy this time of year, but I give them alot of my business with scripts and by buying in their stores. This and another bad experience at the Gladstone CVS (7700 N Oak) is enough to make me go to Walgreen's down the street. Life is too short! read more
