Okay, when I initially started this review, it was going to be a 5 to 10 word sentence amounting to being disappointed with the service my wife and I received. Then my career was threatened so this will have to be meticulous and thorough. I was in my army uniform during this incident. A little before 4pm my wife and I came to CVS to get her prescription. We first went through the drive thru and was told it will take avout 15 minutes to produce. We were fine with this and parked to wait. After about 25 minutes my wife entered the store and spoke to Shantell. Shantel told my wife that it wasnt ready and it would be an additional 15 mintues. My wife came back with that she had already waited 15 mintues and Shantell simply said, "okay" and walked away. My wife came in the car visibly upset. Some background is that me and my wife had previously spent a good portion of our evening and night at the ER for what my wife experianced as, feeling as if her throat was closing and heart attack symptoms. Luckily it was not a heart attack but after seeing her doctor we confirmed it was more likely something else. So at the time of this incident she was already sensetive to bad news. I entered the CVS a few mintues after my wife's to see if there was anything to do to hasten the process because we also had toddlers in the car that needed juice and dinner soon. I approached the counter and after asking about my wifes script I got the same answer that it would take about 15 minutes. I gently added that we had heard that answer twice and have waited over 30 minutes already. She told me coldly, "it will take as long as it will take" and began to walk off. I asked why she was being so cavalier about all this and she came back with, "If you don't like the wait you can go to the Fort Riley hospital and wait a day instead." I asked how she could treat customers so cruelly and tried to get her to understand that she is supposed to care a little bit more since she deals with people's medicine and she just walked away and waved me off. At this point I clocked 4 pharmacy employees that had to had heard the commotion and did nothing. A minute or so passed and I heard my wife's name over the intercom. I walked up to the counter and she begrudgingly did her job. Huffing and sounding annoyed. Once the purchase was made she leaned towards me and said, "I saw you write my name down." I replied yes, I wanted to make sure I remembered your name. She then said, "if you report me, I can report you. My husband is a first Sergeant. So you can try and claim I said stuff but I can report what you said to." I asked what she thought I said and she just simply replied back, "you know." So I just grabbed my bag and said you can try and damage my career if you want, but it was still wrong how you treated us." She responded at some point with, "You don't scare me, cause I served " and I just shook my head. Honestly I was just in shock by the blatant threats I was receiving. If there is a first sergeant that would seriously try to affect my career over this, know this. Your wife has caused my wife an immense amount of stress over her threats. I have five children and am doing my best everyday to show right from wrong, and your wife was in the wrong. Whether I wear this army uniform or not, No one deserved to be treated this coldly and this cruelly. read more

They don't bother check their e-faxes. Why bother having that method of prescription receipt if you are not going to check those. Stupid

Not only did the pharmacy lie about the authorization of pediatric covid vaccines, claiming they hadn't been available in "years" but they also pre charged my insurance causing me a huge hassle when we went to walgreens to get our shots. This is not the first time CVS has done shady stuff with my insurance. read more

Such a sketchy place. The employees in the store are good but the pharmacy is sooooo sketchy. My medicine was ready for pickup for several days but when i went to pick it up they said someone else took it. HOW IS IT LEGAL FOR A PHARMACY TO CASUALLY GIVE SOMEONE ELSE MY MEDICINE?? They made me wait for 30 minutes for then asked me to come back after couple hours to wait another 30 minutes. They're also so understaffed and rude. So so shady. read more

Very friendly folks with a super clean store, hand sanitizers set up at registers, and fully stocked shelves. I originally went in for Tylenol but found other items I have been out of for months so I was able to stock up on a few goodies. Thank you folks for being so kind during these uncertain times. read more

HORRIBLE! The customer service is wayyyy below expectation! Yesterday I had to call the pharmacy and the pharmacy tech was extremely rude from the beginnin. When I asked to speak to the pharmacist, she gave a smart remark until I insisted to speak with her anyway. If that wasn't enough a few hours later, we went into the store. I purchased a drink, and I wanted to use a coupon from that receipt. I took too long, tearing it off, and the associate that was supposed to help me didn't even listen to understand what I was trying to explain to her. It was like she could care less what the issue was, and I had no choice but to hear the resolution she came up with in her head. DO NOT GO HERE!! Requested a covid testing on a Wednesday, made an appointment for Thursday and received the results by Saturday. The drive through process is very simple and contactless especially during these COVID- times. read more

The girl at the register is rude. I cringe when I see her working. The night shift or afternoon isn't like that they are all nice and greet you when you walk in the store. For some reason that girl that's there in the mornings is always just so miserable. The store manager is awesome as are the workers aside from that one person. It's funny how one person can make you not want to go into a store ever again. read more

I would give this place no stars if it were possible, the pharmacy has no compassion or sense of urgency . Two days in a row I came here for prescriptions that were an urgent matter. The first day I called at 10am when the pharmacy opened to check that my prescription was sent in and was greeted with a run around to even get someone to answer the phone then when they finally did the woman who answered was rude and unhelpful. I then waited a couple HOURS and went up to check in and they said oh yours will be counted out next but we are closing for lunch in 5 mins so you will have to wait until 2:15, when I had already explain how urgent getting this medication was. I was again dismissed after receiving attitude. And today we went inside and were again greeted with an attitude and were told 15-20 mins. Okay fine they called our name and we were still back there we stood up and then someone came up AFTER us and was helped before us when you could clearly see that the person with me was in a lot of pain and we were just trying to get the medication we needed and go home. There was no empathy, compassion, kindness or sense of urgency here every time we come in. I would hope that would be addressed, however I won't hold my breath. I'll never use CVS pharmacy again. And I urge anyone who reads to Make a change in the way your employees and establishment is run. read more
