First of all, I didn't use the family restroom and got to explore the regular women's room. Which much to my surprise was super clean and nice. I looked them up on our way home (while I was enjoying my pie) and it turns out it's a family run business out of Oklahoma that has a few shops in independently run gas stations around the midwest and great plains. I loved their story, and the pies were so fun. Very tasty. I won't say it's the best pie I've ever had, but the novelty of it and the freshness of getting it right there made for a super fun roadside stop.
