According to CVS's website, the website for Health and Human Services and their own customer service line, testing is free for uninsured patients. I guess this particular location no longer wants to help uninsured patients. There is no other explanation. I do not recommend visiting this store, especially for Covid-19 testing.

The medication is given to the cat orally and the flavoring helps mask the taste. The pharmacy called almost immediately after the veterinarian called it in. They could have it ready for pickup Monday the 13th. I prepaid over the phone so I could just run in and grab it. When I arrived I decided to look around the store. Inside they had a section for soda fountain and candy, a gift and sport fan item section, some locally made items. At the back of the store is the pharmacy, and it has an outside drive thru option. The pharmacy had my cats prescription ready to go. Items I noticed which I feel a business should keep up on since it is something a customer sees before ever entering. The outside had quite a few weeds. The handicap spot had a big pile of dirt in it which when it rains would be mud. A nice little pharmacy overall. Friendly employees who were very helpful.

I don't know her name but it is the older white woman. (This is not a crack at race, as I'm white to, I just don't know how else to explain her) This lady is so rude, At least to me. She was my cashier. My total was $11 and some change. I explained to her that I had $6 on this card and I was going to pay the rest with quarters. (Silence) she said absolutely nothing. I swiped my card and of course it declined because I only had $6.. I explained it again (silence) but she had to rering everything for some reason. I explained it again and she said she couldn't do that. Strange, I've worked in customer service before and it can be done but I didn't say anything. I tried my Apple Pay that also only had $6 on it and surprisingly it went through. I told her I was going to pay the rest in quarters. I mean $4 and some change is not that serious but you would have thought I stole her puppy the way that she blew at me. (You know that blow you may do if you're aggravated at someone) I was confused but I remained kind. But then she wouldn't even take the quarters from me, she had me place them on the counter, I'm assuming so she didn't touch me. Same with the receipt. On the counter.. but still I thanked her and told her to have a good day. She hurt my feelings and made me feel like a walking disease. I've never felt so worthless in all my life. Me and my Mom went to the pharmacy to pick up my Grandfathers medicine that hospice called in for him at 5:00 on 05/04. We stood at the pharmacy counter for a few minutes before they even acknowledged us being there. Finally a girl walked up was extremely rude from the beginning. She walked up with her hand on her hip and an AirPod in her ear. She said that we would have to pay because they didn't know the hospice companies information (which wasn't a big deal, we just needed them to give the pharmacy the info that was needed so we could pick it up without having to pay) so my mom called my grandmother and asked her to have the hospice nurse call back up there, in the meanwhile we were waiting on them to finish the last medication for him. They girl walked back up to the counter and told us that the medicine was ready and we told her that the hospice nurse was fixing to be calling to give the needed information and she very rudely looked at us and said well we close in 20 minutes (when she said that, they still had 25 minutes before closing). She kept giving us a snarky look and rolled her eyes my Mom. Once all of that was done, we were ringing up and she kept looking at her watch, there was a male store employee standing with her while we rang up and when we were fixing to walk off they busted out laughing. She was very intentional in letting us know that we were an inconvenience to her and that she wasn't happy with us. We were there to pick up medicine for my grandfather that is laying in bed on hospice and dying and got treated like this. Completely unacceptable!!
