The customer service is top notch, especially…read morecompared to the other vape shops within...IDK like the state of Ga. lol They have employees that are more than happy to answer any of your questions, make recommendations, and just make sure your experience is just top quality over all. It's a laid back atmosphere without anyone following you around and pushing products on you. Not into Vaping? No problem. They have hookah products, CBD products in topical, edible and vape/smoking forms, THAT ACTUALLY WORK. Have a bad smell in your house/room/business that you want to get rid of (not just cover up and make the smell worse)? They have candles for that. Prefer incents? They have those too. Have pain that Tylenol or Ibuprofen just aren't cutting it? They have natural products for that. They have CBD (like mentioned above) that you'll actually go back for instead of lookin somewhere else after feeling like you just dropped more money on crap that didn't work, and Kratom. New to the vape world and have no idea where to start? Just ask. Trying to quit smoking cigarettes but haven't had success with recommendations from other vape shop employees? JUST SMOKE EMPLOYEES HAVE YOUR BACK. I had been smoking a pack of Camel Menthol's (the STRONG green pack that is well known to be the hardest kind to quit reaching for) a day for over 8 years. I walked in, told them that I had tried time and time again to quit, but nothing was working for me. Weather it was something I picked out myself or was a recommendation from other stores' employees. I took advice from Blake (employee with the sunglasses on and hair in a bun at all times lol) and ended up being able to trash the cigarettes within 2 months FOR GOOD. I have not touched a cigarette since and now honestly, the smell of cigarettes makes me sick. Even when someone is just smoking and I walk by, I avoid the smoke at all costs instead of reaching for my own. Every person that works there is worth your time to chat with. Blake, Sam, Matt, and definitely the owner Ali. they are all basically my second family at this point and they have all changed my life in multiple positive ways. So if you're looking for a LEGIT, honest, helpful, and hospitable shopping experience, COME HERE. Not any where near the Keys Ferry location? No problem. there are several Just Smoke locations. There are locations in Loganville, Conyers, and Lilburn as well. All of which carry phenomenal products and have the same welcoming environments and wonderful employees. So come give them a shot. I promise you, IT WILL BE WORTH IT. Attaching pictures of the owner Ali occupying my tiny human while I decide on what i'm going to get. Which is another PRO about coming here. they don't despise children. In fact they enjoy having them drop in with mom or dad while they browse around which I have not seen at any other Vape shop I have been to. EVER

To be clear, this is the Hanes outlet. They do carry all the other brands in this store title, but…read morethe huge word on the store's sign is Hanes. We've been into this store a couple of times and it's always a good experience. There is A LOT of inventory and it's always a little overwhelming when you first walk in. The associates are always quick to greet us and point us in the right direction. There are always multiple sales happening and the clearance section is a treasure trove. I always end up spending more than I intended, but this is much better pricing than buying bras from the secretive place at the mall :)

HORRIBLE customer service! 1/20/21 (around 3-4pm)…read more Initially I was not going to write a separate review for this store. My intention was to group all stores together and give a pretty good review of this outlet mall BUT, my experience in this particular store changed my mind. So I've never purchased under garments from Hanes and since I came across this store unexpectedly- I figured it would be the perfect time to shop. Walking in this store was fine, the store was organized everything was where it needed to be. However, I had some questions on where the bras that I was looking for were- there was such a vast section I couldn't figure out where I needed to look. I see all associates in the back - lallygagging, I'm thinking someone will be out since it's customers in the store. The young lady looked me dead in my face and sees me looking confused- she automatically bee lines to the fitting room to ask the person how they were doing with trying things on. Then she looks at me again and walks back to the back room!!! At this point I say "Excuse me- can you show me where minimizers are"!? She says "sure their on the wall" - granted these bras could've been anywhere on the wall! She doesn't ask any probing questions, she was more interested in NOT answering questions and getting back to what she was doing. At that point, I lost interest in making any purchases and walked out - I would NOT recommend this store.
