This CVS is hit or miss. I get ready to change pharmacies, and they get better, but today is definitely a terrible customer service day. I started in the prescription pickup line as the third car. It was a long time getting to first position -I was in line for over 1/2 hour and at least 15 minutes in the first position before getting any communication. Over fifteen minutes, I rang the bell twice, knocked once, and finally opened the window and said hello! That brought two people who seemed to not believe anyone could possibly be waiting in the car line. And I was scolded for opening the window, but also told that the bell was not working. Please. CVS management, close the car lane if you cannot provide service. All told, I waited 45 minutes. And even though I informed the worker and pharmacist that there were three cars behind me, they immediately shut the window and walked away. I can't imagine how long the others had to wait. A young lady was also waiting on a line of customers at the front, so it seems they were adequately staffed today. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. Consistently AWFUL. Always screw up MD orders and prescription status, refills always complicated...long wait times and...they actually shut down the pharmacy completely in the middle of day to take lunch...as if it were a mom and pop business...not a retail chain pharmacy. Many people only have their lunch breaks to run errands. It is insanity at this pharmacy...and sad thing, I have used CVS in other cities for years with no issue...but for 5 years here at Lake Oconee....consistently bad. Even the MD offices are disgusted with this pharmacy. I called Pubix...will be transferring to them. read more

Convenient chain pharmacy. They take all insurance and that keeps them busy. The pharmacy technicians take it upon themselves to get to know regulars! It is good to be able to ask questions and feel confident with their knowledge. Flu shots are available as well as a drive thru. Store itself had constant sales and a lot of local touristy items. read more

Pharmacy hours, closes at 7, not helpful and pharmacist did not say anything about closing when I called at 6:47 and said I was in my way. Having to be sick tonight due to their poor communication. read more

Don't answer their phones. When I contacted the front desk I was told they are not taking calls so they are just having all callers placed on hold indefinitely. Poorly run and when I go in person to shop, the shelves are often not stocked. Switching pharmacies immediately. read more

They do their best to keep it stocked & cleaned. The employees can be very helpful when not busy stocking the shelves .

If you want to pick up your prescriptions at this CVS, be prepared to pack a lunch and wait! Forget the drive-through! Minimum wait today in excess of 40 min - just because I was blocked in between two cars. When you are unwell and should not go into the store, I guess you have to do it anyway. switched to cvs from Publix because I thought it would be more convenient since there's a drive-thru and no one is ever there...I was wrong. in roughly 5 visits, not one has gone smoothly or quickly. Multiple times I've been told it would be several more hours for prescriptions that had been called in days before?! switching back to Publix. read more

I am no fan of CVS by any means. I think they are as corrupt as can be since they bought Aetna and make you have your prescriptions filled there. BUT with that said I will say this CVS location is very clean and staffed with some very polite pharmacists. The store itself looks nice, neat, and organized. read more

Helpful as ever. Marie answered the phone and did not say how can I help you. She looked for the drug I was looking for and I asked if they match close to other drug stores and she said no we do not match. They have been this way forever. They asked me a dozen times to give a review but they do no listen. The pharmacy needs us more than we need them. Pharmacy on every corner these days and most will deliver. On last night, I had a very pleasant experience at this location. I was having trouble with a transaction. The cashier, Jasmine, was very patient with me. She didn't get frustrated while trying to resolve the matter. She did all that she could. Jasmine then called the manager, Danielle, who took it from there to resolve the matter fully. Customer service in the pharmacy is horrible. Technicians are rude and don't even acknowledge that you are standing at the counter trying to drop off a prescription. Then they tell you it will be over an hour. read more

Have the worst pharmacy service. Many delays in getting Rx filled/refills. Recently moved to another pharmacy after many years of using CVS. Went in yesterday and now they want you to use Self-Checkout - which is a disaster. It is very, very slow and frequently had to get a CVS employee to reset the machine. I now will not even go to CVS for non-Rx items. This is a terribly run store. read more

the limited staff is terrific; but CVS is horribly short staffed. obviously corporate management is focused on profits not their core business. staff can't answer customer's phone calls or service driveup because of the lack of staff. it's nuts that people would continue to go to this pharmacy, that has forgotten their core customers. incredibly the sections of the store pushing hair crap, etc. are fully staffed. cvs=stupid is as stupid does read more
