I find this pharmacy very dangerous! They tell you the prescription is available on your CVS and it's details a due a date, then you go and it's in a month back order! This is dangerous to the consumer who need their meds. The lack of notification to the doctor or consumer in a timely manor is medical negligent! read more

My doctor spent over an hour trying to get through to fill an extremely important prescription. Then when I went to pick it up this morning before my flight, it was not in k and they did not care at all or have any solutions. They do not answer the phone. read more

Two years ago I changed physicians and let the pharmacy know. They continue to contact the former doctor. He obviously doesn't fill my prescriptions and this prompts text messages from the pharmacy asking me to contact them with my new doctor. In person I go in and give them the new physician information but they continue to call the former doctor. What a futile endeavor! Today I tried 4 times to reach the pharmacy. The first time I was on hold 16 minutes and finally gave up. The second time I was on hold 10 minutes. Gave up. The third time I was on hold I waited 40 minutes with no pick up. This last time I gave up after 5 minutes. I'm at a loss on what to do. read more

I was on hold 30 minutes with the pharmacy to make sure they had a prescription sent in over email from my Doctor. Yes they have it but I have to call back tomorrow and ask for it!!! Tried to reach someone in the pharmacy fir three days. On hold 10 minutes each time before I finally gave up. This has happened many times way before Covid. Unbelievable horrible service. I feel so bad for the elderly that need meds but can't contact anyone in the pharmacy. Disgusting lack of caring for customers. I read all the horrible reviews for this particular CVS pharmacy but still transferred all my prescriptions there because the location was so convenient for me. In my entire 65 years of life I have NEVER experienced worse customer service or lack of professionalism in a Pharmcy. My doctor had called in two prescriptions there yesterday morning. At 5:30 pm I called to find out if they were finally ready. I was on hold for no less than 30 minutes when finally someone picked up the phone and immediately hung it up. I called back and was placed on another 30 minute hold, and someone else actually picked up the phone and hung up again! I had no choice but to get in my car and drive to the pharmacy because I needed to give them new insurance info and I really needed those Rx's. Onot person in line at counter and no one in the drive-thru line. Are they seriously that inept? Not even one of the three pharmacy personnel were on the phone with customer call-ins (needless to say there were people on endless hold), and when I told them I had tried twice to call, etc., it was just shirked off as something that happens when they're busy. After giving them my new insurance card I was told my Rx's wouldn't be ready for another hour. My doctor called them in at 9:30 that morning and it was now 6:30pm. I will transfer every one of my prescriptions out of that joke of a pharmacy to either Publix or Walgreens. DON'T even think about using them unless you have the patience of Job. read more

In general CVS can be expensive but when sales happen and they offer extra bucks it's worth going. Wide variety of basically anything you would need in a pinch. Have never used their Pharmacy though. read more

I cannot begin to express my displeasure with the CVS pharmacy. The pharmacist, Venassa is extremely unprofessional, dishonest and misplaces prescriptions. The customer service is lacking, to put it mildly. My husband, myself and my kids have been going there for years until recently. I will never go back. My support will now go to WALGREENS. read more
