Last night I got home from work and did not have enough time to get there but the pharmacist said I could have them delivered. I'm all the way by Franklin Park conservatory and was still in their delivery range! I could not believe it. They were able to deliver my prescriptions to me that very night! Now that it's built out and new, I really have no negatives as a customer. Everyone at the pharmacy has been attentive and helpful. I would t say anyone is over-the-top friendly, but that is almost never my expectation. They've always been professional and kind enough when I pick up prescriptions inside or at the drive-thru pickup window. I hope this continues to be my experience and I don't have to update with a less-than review!

This is a very busy pharmacy in a densely populated neighborhood. Staff is often harried, "on the…read morerun," and "in the weeds." Customer service reflects this. If everything runs smoothly and you're the sort who's not looking for a friendly face, there's no problem. But if something goofs up (the tablet doesn't work, etc), you can expect a whole lot of attitude. CVS could remedy this with more staff.
