Genuinely one of the worst pharmacy's I've been to. The CVS employees have always been fine - they are not the issue! However the pharmacist and pharmacy techs are horrible. The attitudes are always awful. I have to brace myself before I go in to pick up my meds. There's ALWAYS an issue. Further, I get texts saying my meds are ready and I have a week to pick them up. I go to get them in that time and guess what? They say they've already put them up and I should've come sooner. When I have the text saying I have five more days to pick it up! I wish I could give 0 stars. My wife, son, and I went to the pharmacy in Greenville to get COVID-19 and Flu vaccines. My wife and son each received proper bandages to cover the injection holes. I got out to the car and found they'd used little round children's stickers from a roll of stickers instead of bandages on my open injection sites. Each sticker even had a small drop of blood on them as there was NO gauze to absorb it. Unsanitary stickers for children ARE not sanitary bandages. I'm very tempted to report this to the State of Texas. read more

This CVS is just the worst. I had to go up there 4 times to get a Rx filled. They kept texting me saying it was filled only to find out 1st they filled the wrong thing, 2nd they substituted for an Rx $100 more without my permission, and 3rd the ignorant girl working there couldn't figure out the spelling of my name and told me it wasn't filled yet. When I went back the 4th time, the same girl was talking smack about me to a coworker saying that I told her a different name. Seriously???? Why would I give her the wrong name after Id been up there 3 times already???? And to be so stupid to talk about me while I'm standing right in front of her. I told my bf to never go there for anything. But.... He did. And guess what??? Took him 3 trips because they kept saying UPS didn't deliver his package. I wanted to give no stars. We have been customers for almost 3 years after moving to town. We have consistently had bad, rude, and condescending service. Mostly in drive thru. Lately drive thru got better and I was hoping we had survived the pharmacy from hell. Today my husband went in to complain and was told that if he didn't like it....he could take his business elsewhere . We will be taking him up on that. This is from a Pharmacy manager called Nate. I called CVS in Greenville to have prescription transferred, they said no problem and they would have it ready the next day... and of course, when we get there, they tell me it's a controlled substance, could not transfer the prescription. The lady behind the counter was rude acting like I did not call at all. If I only I would need another prescription, I would have call the Doc that day so it would've been ready to pick up when I got there. The absolute worst pharmacy I've ever had to use, and I get the majority of my medicine through the VA. The VA is more professional and answers the phone more than these people do. I had a 90 day script you would think they would make sure to have my meds we it do to refill but no it will be 5 days late if they get it then. People that work there should know when my meds are coming in but just too lazy to check. Get my last refill and I don't care how much I save I won't be back. If i could give 0 stars, I would. This locations customer service is absolutely atrocious. The pharmacist has been blatantly rude to anyone in my family that has gone to pick up a prescription. I understand that this is a corporate company and that the locations might not have control over certain aspects of things including the CVS app, but that is no excuse to be rude to your customers. I waited in line for 20 minutes for my prescription, was told it wasn't ready and was no longer able to pick it up since the 14 days had passed. Why was I able to pay for that medication through the app if I wasn't able to pick it up? Of course i got flustered when I was told that. They then told me i had to go back through the line. Unacceptable. I then went inside where the manager wasn't overly welcoming or nice either. I was told my prescription was ready and then told to wait in line again. Had a prescription called in by my Dr. and they gave me the wrong prescription. When I went back up there to return it and get the right one, they would not refund my money and blames it on my Dr.'s office. After speaking with my Dr. it was definitely the pharmacists' fault. They told me they would not refund and that my correct prescription would not be ready for 3 days because they were out and would have to order it. I left and 15 minutes later and 10 miles away, I received a t Dr saying my prescription was ready. I called and they said they found some in the back and it was ready. I told them I was already well down the road and the pharmacist said "come get it or not" and hung up. When I went back up and reported to the store manager she lied to him about the phone call and continued to blame others for her mistake. At the same time, she threw a toddler style fit, throwing prescriptions into baskets like it's her stuff to throw, and pouting while continuing to refuse to accept responsibility. When I spoke to my Dr.'s office they said "that's CVS for you. I don't know why anyone uses them." I won't anymore and I would absolutely not recommend them to you! read more

These people do not deserve a star at all!!! I sent pics to their photo lab to be developed. Three of mines are missing and I got about 10 of someone else's pictures! This is both frustrating, disturbing and violating, knowing that someone could have my pics. I will not send in anymore photos! However, arrive early for your testing appointment and fill your gas tank up I was in line with only 4 people in front of me for 2 hours around 2pm, not sure if the time of day could have influenced the wait time but the person doing the test took 20 minutes to give me the kit when I got to the window... so that's just a heads up for those who want to test here. I went inside to pick up an Rx. The girl said "I'm still workin on it, have a seat and I'll call ya." Ten minutes later my husband called and said he got a text saying the Rx was on backorder. I have had a prescription there for 5 months. I've called it in every time and picked it up hours or even a day later than when I requested it. Twice though, I've had to wait on them to fill it.... This is extremely disappointing when I call it in early. But the last straw was this week, I called it in Friday at 8am, for a 2:30 pickup they still didn't have it ready at 5:15. I came back Sunday at 5:45, watched them close the roll down window in the lady's face at drop off who had a question. I told them I had a discount card, she didn't even look at it. Told me my prescription was already discounted. Funny, it was the same price as last month... and their competitor is going to cost me $20 less a month. This is a substantial savings... The pharmacy is TERRIBLE! Every single time I go, there is some type of problem. Everything from them "forgetting" to fill the prescription I dropped off hours ago, to them not billing my insurance, using the wrong address and birthdate, and tons more. Not to mention that Rachel is one of the rudest people I've EVER met. Also every time I go, there is a line of cars wrapped around the building for the drive thru so I always go in & talking to others in line, they also have issues every time they come to this location. This has got to be the worst CVS EVER!! I have used them before and service is slow but they are usually super busy and I understand that... however I ran in there today looking for some colloidal silver and went back to the pharmacy. Not one customer was back there and I was ecstatic that I would be able to get in and out quickly. I walked up to the middle counter and there are SIX people back there that I could see within talking distance and everyone kept talking among themselves ignoring me. Finally someone asked if they could help me and I told him what I was looking for... everyone there could hear me and no one offered or acted as if they cared that the guy had no idea what I was talking about. One girl who was eating asked what it was for and I said it's or colds and numerous other things. She pointed to the cold and flu isle and said lol down there and If it's not there look over by the airborne. I said well the airborne is right her... her only response was "oh". Not ONE person offered to help me find it! I was left to wonder the isles. If they had wanted surely they could of looked it up to see if they even carried it! I've been here multiple times to pick up prescriptions for my nephew. The pharmacy department is always nice and I can get in and out with no issues. Sometimes there's a wait but that's because people get sick at the same time. The store is pretty clean but the parking lot is not like that. It's tiny and there's trash sometimes. The last few times I went in, the parking lot only has 1 or 2 empty spaces and when I got out of my car, I stepped on fried chicken bones. Be careful of the trash. Oh, and I hate how getting out of the lot is a pain sometimes. read more

Since there is only one CVS Greenville, unless you want to travel 45 minutes to one of their other locations, you're stuck with this one. I have no problems with the personnel. My problem is that they don't always text me when my Rx is ready, yet they send me several texts, sometimes 2-3 a day asking if I want to get others refilled that I don't need. My biggest complaint is that they don't have their act together when it comes to refills that are on file. I have a Rx for an anti-anxiety med. Very important. So you can imagine how frustrating it is to be told that there isn't an authorized refill on file. I know for a fact there is. I've actually been told by several doctors that CVS has a tendency to lie about not having a script order on file! Ugh! This has happened several times. Guess what happens when I'm told it can't be refilled? I get more anxious! They have also run out of my anxiety medication (Klonopin) How is this possible? It's one of the most effective & widely prescribed meds-so shouldn't they have a lot on hand?! I have given up & will no longer use them for prescriptions. I will shop there for make-up, etc. b/c of the coupons. Shame on you CVS! read more

Tried to have some prescriptions transferred here and it was not a good experience. We walked in a couple days earlier with our bottles to give them information of the medications, the doctor that prescribed the medications, etc. We were told it would take a couple of hours which was no big deal as we would come back a couple days later. We came back, went through the drive through and I think only one thing was correct. They tried to charge me full price for my prescriptions because they failed to run my insurance and lost the paperwork from a couple of days ago that had the information on it. My wife's prescriptions were wrong, they didn't have one ready, they sent a fax to her old doctor, and had her address down from where we lived 6 years ago, my address was just "unknown". We waited in the drive through for about 30 minutes. I will not go back there, we had better luck with our other prescriptions at Brookshires pharmacy in Farmersville. read more

I've never received a prescription at the agreed upon time, even if that time was the next day, but today takes the cake. I haven't had my anti-depressant in a week because money was tight and I couldn't afford the co-pay, so I opted to just wait until my next paycheck and pick it up then. I dropped my prescription off over a week ago and, when I went to get it today while in the midst of a breakdown, I was told my prescription wasn't ready and was instead "on hold" though the woman at the drive-through window couldn't tell me what that meant and another woman was able to make it go away easily. Let me repeat that: my prescription, which I dropped off over a week ago, was not filled. There I am, sitting in my car, after waiting for an hour in line, visibly agitated, trying to get my psychiatric medicine, and they tell me that not only is it not filled, it won't be ready until the morning. Fortunately for them, this psychiatric patient isn't the violent sort, but more the mad genius sort who will write scathing reviews of them on every website he can find and have to weigh the pros and cons of hacking their corporate website to defile the homepage (ehh... I guess it's not worth it). That being said, I will no longer use this pharmacy. I will advise everyone who will listen to avoid this pharmacy. If my children are dying and the only pharmacies with the medicine that will save their lives are this CVS and a different pharmacy fifty miles away, I'll opt for the other one because I'm fairly certain I'll be able to drive the fifty miles, pick up the medicine, and return faster than this CVS pharmacy can fill it. If my penis has a horrible infection and my only options are to hope this CVS pharmacy has the A-squad on deck that day or to emasculate myself, I will consider the rusty hedge trimmers in my shed a more friendly and apt solution than the former. If I am shot in the parking lot of this CVS and am bleeding into my abdomen, I'll grab my lighter and pocketknife and attempt to cauterize the wound because I'm fairly certain I'll be dead before the medically-trained professionals at this CVS pharmacy make their way outside their own front door, at which point I'd give a fifty-fifty chance they'd make the situation work. Have I made my point here? You have other options for pharmacies in the Greenville area; I hear Wal-Mart's pharmacy is fantastic. Avoid this CVS pharmacy like the plague; they might have it in stock, but you shouldn't worry about ever actually getting it across their counter. read more
