This location is a UPS access point, I haven't shipped a package with UPS before so I simply asked the cashier about shipping my parcel which was a simple envelope. She then called her manager, John I believe his name was, and when he came to the front she asked him kindly if they ship anything with "next day air" labels. He then proceeded to tell her in a very rude tone, "No. Whoever needs that is being a pain in the a**." With me standing right there in front of him. This had me absolutely stunned as I've never had anyone in customer service speak to or about me in such a way. I've also never heard anyone speak like that when I used to work in customer service. Terrible customer service!! I'm not sure why anyone uses this pharmacy. I requested my elderly father's refills at 7:00 am, I went there at 11:30 and it was not ready. I told her I'm from out of town, I need to get the rx before I leave for my father. She told me next time to call and not use online. She said it would be done in an hour. I came back at 2:30pm, still not done and said another hour. Unbelievable, I'm still waiting and it's now 3:30pm, with no rx! The pharmacy team has no sense of urgency and really are indifferent. I have, unfortunately, been using the CVS pharmacy in Greenfield since moving to Greenfield. I keep hoping their service would improve, but that is sadly not happening. Long waits for prescriptions are normal. If you need to speak to the pharmacy you will be completely out of luck, as they refuse to answer their phone. My previous CVS, in Noblesville, with fewer employees in the pharmacy, never failed to answer phone calls and filled prescriptions rapidly. I literally waited in line for 40 mins for antibiotics for my 2 year old to get to the window and be greeted by the rude unprofessional worker they have running the window to say it's not ready. Ok, so when will it be? In like 10-15 mins so you mean tell me I have to go wait back in the 40 minute line for 10-15 mins. Yep. she says! You may want to get someone a little more customer service friendly working the window if this is how you treat every person sitting in the long line. I came here just for the minute clinic. They had a kiosk to sign in at, and it gave me a wait time of 33 minutes. I was there for a little over 45 minutes, so I do wish they would have given a higher expected wait time. I guess I was expecting to see a doctor, not a nurse practioner. I came in for a cold which I'd had for a week as well as suspected pink eye. the NP did not prescribe me any antibiotics, just prescription cough meds which she said may or may not work with my asthma as well as meds for the pink eye. I'm forced to use this pharmacy as I cannot get my elderly mother to try something different. It's always been a frustrating experience to pick up here, whether inside the store or waiting forever in the drive-thru, but today took the cake. The lead pharmacist called me up to pick up my already delayed order just as the staff was trying to go on lunch break. The young woman who waited on me was mad about this and said, "Well there goes my break," and then she said, "We don't have anything for you. Your order is not ready." I said, "Yes, it is, it's sitting right there behind you." She then rang me up and just handed me my meds and said not one word. Look, your boss told you to ring me up, so take it up with him. This is by far the worst pharmacy I've ever used. Multiple times in the past I've gotten the "it'll be ready in an hour" and then after a drive back to pick it up, it's still not ready. This is a regular occurrence there. Recently I had the unfortunate luck that I had a prescription to pick up on a Sunday, so I had little choice other than CVS. Like other reviews state, I called to check on it prior to going there and no one would answer the phone. I let it ring for about 10 to 15 minutes. I got there and counted at least 8 people working in the pharmacy and could here their phone ringing. Of course they all ignored it. Then they "lost" my prescription and said they'd refill it. Luckily it was only allergy medication, so I just walked out and never returned, and never will. I suggest Medicap down the road, they are wonderful. They just aren't open on Sundays unfortunately. read more

This pharmacy has made me go through withdrawals at least every other month. They send me messages that a refill is ready, but it's really out of stock. It is not a safe place to get meds refilled if you really need them in a timely matter. When I have confronted them with the issue (several times) they take no responsibility for their neglect and continuous med errors. read more

By far the worst pharmacy in Greenfield, IN! Daughter's Dr. called in prescription at 9:30am, after being told it would be ready in an hour. Wife returned when I got home from work 7 1/2 hours later to find out if was still not filled, and was told to call from now on to get prescription on the expedited list, but they would start working on it, and to return in an hour. She returned on time to be told sorry we're out of the medicine, and that the pharmacy was a day behind and they had dispensed their last 2 units of the medicine. No call, no text, as the pharmacist told my wife they had to inform her they were out, and was told to call the Dr. to see if there was an alternative. It's 7pm now, and the Dr office is closed, so that's not an option. We will never do business with CVS again, they are terrible on all ends of their business at this location. read more

Always a nice place if you need something faster then running around Walmart. Easy in and easy out for a lot of essentials. Upon entry the staff is very friendly greeting you and asking if you need any help with anything. Lead pharmacist had absolutely no clue what he's doing. I've been trying to transfer a script from fortville cvs to here for three days. I've called both. Fortville always says they took care of the transfer, greenfield keeps saying it's ready in fortville. Greenfield CVS told me there's nothing they can do until fortville figured it out. Tomorrow I'll be calling back and forth to each cvs until it's ready if it takes all day and 50 calls. Then when it's ready I'll pick it up and tell them I will not be filling or buying anything from them again as I have issues filling my medications almost monthly. Usually regardless of location. I'm sick of this and if this was something I needed I'd be sick from 3 days without it despite doing everything I need to do. Horrible, careless pharmacists that have absolutely no clue what they are doing and are apparently unable to communicate between stores. EVERY TIME I get a prescription filled it takes over 4 days even on auto fill. If I don't call it doesn't get filled even though it is auto enrolled to be filled because it is seizure medication. The one time I didn't call I showed up to get it after 4 days and they said it wasn't ready!! There is NOTHING I can do about it and had a seizure at work that day BECAUSE OF GREENFIELD CVS PHARMACY failing at their job! And it just happened again today so I've made a formal complaint to corporate and was told it doesn't do anything. This is a busy Pharmacy first and foremost. But the staff working today, this morning at 7:45-8:15 are stellar. The Pharmacist showed me a coupon which saved me 50.00 on my RX, the Pharmacy technician was helpful and welcoming as well, no grumbling and moaning like they do across the street at Walgreens. Even the lady at the front checkout was extremely kind as I picked up a few other things. I wish would have gotten their names. Treated me like a criminal after my doctor called in permission to get my RX early. I was questioned by two people including the pharmacist as if I made it all up, and he made me tell him why I was getting it early even though the doctor told them to give it to me that day. It's none of their business, and it seems like it would be illegal for him to insist on knowing my medical information if the doctor ordered something for me. read more

The pharmacy team working the night of 12/10/19 around 9pm doesn't have any customer service skills at all. Our receipt says Hannah. Came to pick up a prescription that had been called in 7 hours earlier for my daughter (antibiotic), was told it wasn't ready and to come back. We did, as told, and got zero customer service skills from the man working (no "hi" "thanks" etc). Got home, went to shake the medicine and it was powder........ it took 20 minutes for them to not mix the medicine. I called asking if they could have another prescription mixed up by the time my husband got back to the store. All the woman said was "no, you need to bring them back so we can reconstitute it..." no apology for the inconvenience at all. I just don't get it. The first part I can handle, not everyone is friendly, which is fine. But when you mess up, at least apologize... we have now driven 15 miles out of the way and wasted close to an hour for 2 extra trips to CVS. Might be time for a customer service training for the pharmacy team...................... good people must be hard to come by. read more
