Staff wants to do the bare minimum and ignore customers when they ask for help because they'd rather not.

It can cause suicidal thoughts if abruptly stop taking it. I went to CVS in hopes they could get me 12 days of my prescription (usually get delivered by mail from CVS Caremark). Zachary Wallace went above and beyond to get my prescription filled and I am so appreciative of his efforts. My vacation and mental health are saved - and quite possibly my life. I've never skipped it more than a day and even one day is enough to affect me. I've known several people who have committed suicide after stopping abruptly because they thought they were fine - and I was terrified that would be me. THANK YOU Zachary Wallace!!!

My refill was "in process" for a week until I waited a half hour on hold to finally speak with a pharmacy technician. Walgreens is no better. We visited the pharmacy at a large discount store, saw about a dozen workers and NO line, spoke with one of the employees there and moved our prescriptions to that pharmacy. The pharmacy tech at CVS was so stressed she had no time to answer any questions about the sudden downturn in service, and I had no need to delay the ten people in line behind me with my questions.

It wouldn't have been a big deal if the manager had helped check people out after most of them had been waiting for over 30 minutes in line. Two people were in front of me and wanted to buy alcohol and a bag of dog food I think? They wound up leaving because the manager told them "we can't check you out here." I would like to say, that is entirely false because I have been checked out at that counter a couple of times. They just didn't want to. And the people in front of me were understandably upset and left without their cart of items. It was after the upset customer left that this manager finally came to help. She walked off several times. She kept yelling at people to back up because the line started at the corner. This whole situation could have been avoided if they had two people at this counter from the start. There were 4 other people taking care of online orders back there. In response to Tara J.: As someone that used to work at walmart, I can tell you they do drug test BUT ONLY in the hiring process. Once you work there, they don't care unless it inhibits your ability to perform tasks. I had pneumonia and they fired me because I didn't make it into work. I was stopped across the street from Walmart by a lady because I was in uniform, about to walk across but I was actively throwing up and they didn't care that I was sick. Ended up in the ER.

Pharmacy - well most of time I visit here the pharmacy tech act like they are very put out to help…read moreme fill my prescriptions. Most of them but not all of them. They get a bit rude with me sometimes when I forget to spell my name when picking up my prescriptions and make unhelpful comments along the lines of, "this would go faster if you would spell your name first next time". It just makes me cringe every time I here that. If I didn't have to do my 90 day prescriptions here I wouldn't but it's the insurance I have that makes me. On a positive note I've been helped tremendously but the pharmacists in getting my prescriptions replaced when they flying all of the place in my kitchen and I lost about 2 weeks worth of medicine. I was able to get that covered at a reduced cost because my insurance wouldn't cover it! The rest of CVS is just you average run of the mill general store with a limited selection of everyday items. This particular CVS is no different than most my only other complaint about this location is I wish they were open 24 hours. It's in a prime location to be open 24 hours so I'm not sure why they aren't but I'm sure the management and employees have no control of this and it doesn't impact my rating.

She then noticed the lottery ticket on the POS screen, and asked my grandmother if she started playing the lottery. The cashier interjected and said that it was from the previous customer. This is a classic scam, from a low life individual. My grandmother is quite senile, and totally would have been taken advantage of, had she not had someone looking out for her. Be aware of this, and inform any elderly people you know, who may have to visit the store.

In May I went to counter and advised them that one of my scripts was not longer needed. They took it off. I went on line with app they wanted me to use and removed it there also. In June I was notified that several scripts were ready for me and my wife. I got to counter and some young gentleman was clocking in and came to help. Told him I wanted to pick up for both of us. He gave me 3 and said other three were for my wife. I checked mine and all okay. Didn't know wife's so he put in bag and I paid and left. The usual counter lady was not there. She has always taken great care of us. I got home to find one of the scripts for my wife was the script I canceled in May. Took back and told usual lady at counter about problem. Told me we could not return after taking out of store. Some fill in manager was there that day as I know all by sight. While waiting to talk to her she was on phone and being very rude to some customer and others behind counter. I told her it was bull for not taking it back as it was their mistake. She agreed it was bull but fat chance they would credit me. Ask once more and same response. Pulled all scripts that afternoon for both of us and moved to company that treats you right. Also will not make any other purchases at store and tell anyone we come in contact with about being screwed over there.

By the time I leave there is always another person though. I love to walk around the store and look at everything as I am with my child or children. We are bored and like to look and buy things. It's that simple. Every single time I go to this Walmart I'm followed around by creepy people and even the "personal shoppers" like bro back up and go find someone that's actually shop lifting! lol and literally talking about me putting my phone in my bag. lol very secretive... And honestly pick up sucks to that's why I started going in again, they take FOREVER, some of the people are cool though over there, the disabled guy that was at the front today was awesome but yeah I don't like being followed around especially in the Walmart with my kid. I mostly go to Sam's and Costco but I'm forced to go here for something's. Guess I'll have to keep driving father to the other one so I'm not so disturbed. Like you think I'm stealing check my shit at the door and leave me alone while I'm walking around weirdos. I've scene plenty of people steal and employees are not on there tails. Ridiculous. Makes literally no sense. Yes I take my phone out of my pouch to scan your prices (cause there ALWAYS wrong or don't even have a price tag) my bad only giving it a two star cause some of the employees are nice, but most don't even say excuse me and just look like robots.

Once the ppl in front left I had to asked for the third time, they were handed to me with heaviest sigh. No offer to get me a new meat or paper that was cover in blood, I threw put 4 rolls. I was pissed about my whole experience I couldn't ask for a manager I was afraid if u stayed one more minute I was going to get very loud. Never again, I will pay the extra to be treated with respect at Price Chopper. Grand re-opening doesn't mean grand new employees.
