I love having a pharmacy only a few minutes from my house and come here quite often. It is never very crowded and I am able to get what I need and get out quickly. I do like that they put a self checkout station in so you never have to wait for a cashier. The only thing I don't love about this CVS is their automated texting and calling system is often messed up. I have gotten multiple calls and texts letting me know that my photo order is ready even though I haven't placed any orders in months. I have stopped in a few times just to check and they always say that is sometimes just sends a mass update to anyone in the system. On the flip side, I have had to wait multiple days because they are suppose to text me when a prescription is ready and I haven't gotten anything. I go in after a few days and they say yea it is ready. It's nothing more than a hassle, but can still get a little confusing and frustrating. read more

CVS pharmacy was a big help. Needed my prescription before I headed out of town and they got me taken care of.

I had a great time picking up medication for my wife. Because I had all the information they needed. No issues and it was super fast and professional. Amazing store always clean and the staff is super professional. If you have the correct information then you'll have no issues!! read more

Do not use this pharmacy. I went there at around 4:00 on Monday January the 16th to pick up a prescription for my wife. The pharmacy tech was very curt when I told her the name of the prescribing doctor and said "We have no way of knowing which Dr prescribed what" and then demanded to know the name of the medication. When I explained that I didn't know the exact name, she said "Well you need to find out!" I called my wife and got the name and when I repeated it to the tech, she turned and walked away without saying anything. I walked around the store for about 10 minutes but no one called my name so I went back to the counter. I stood there for an additional 15 minutes more before another tech asked what I wanted. She immediately pulled the medicine out of a tote near the counter I had been standing close by and no one went near that tote which meant the order had been waiting there for some time. This tech was extremely rude to an elderly gentleman who did not have a mask, telling him to get behind the barrier in an angry tone of voice. This was ironic as the station where the sanitizer was kept had only an empty box of sanitary wipes I also witnessed the first tech pick up the phone (which had been ringing for some time) and slam it back down in the cradle, hanging up on the person at the other end. My wife had just had an incident earlier in the week when she mislaid a bag of things she had purchased from the store. After searching for it she called and spoke to the manager (Brad or something) and asked if anyone had found it. He asked if she had a receipt then wanted to know the exact time of the transaction. He told her he could pull up the camera footage and see if she had left a bag behind. He assured her that he would watch the footage and call her back. About two hours later we found the bag and she immediately called the store to save the manager the trouble of accessing the footage. When she told him she had found the bag he said "That's what I thought" and it was obvious that not only had he not checked the footage, but that he never intended to. read more

there's been a few experiences that have just really bothered me at this location, the first one was I received a new prescription and was calling to see if it was finished was on hold for a good hour during my lunch break ended up hanging up at around 140.I was on hold for over an hour and supposedly they go on lunch at 1:30, so why would no one could've answered the phone and told me hey we're going to lunch we can give you a call back. The second time when I went in later, I heard the phone was ringing woman went to answer the phone. Had someone look at her and shake her head now, and she walked away from the phone it continued to ring. The third issue I have is I again called task a question because my prescription could nit be completely filled. They did not have enough pills. so I decided to call them, and just ask if they had enough pills for the new prescription. I was on the phone on hold for over two hours decided to drive in while on the phone on hold still and ask as I was there the entire time I saw a woman walked to the phone on two separate occasions to see someone wave like they didn't want her to answer the phone as I was leaving, I hung up the phone I was on to see a look up horror on all their faces.
