They do get quite busy and they keep different sets of hours than the store itself, but despite this, I have never had better service. All the staff members worked with great effort to help me get medications and correct minor errors between the hospital, doctors, hospital pharmacy and my physical therapist all on their own, without being asked and even contacted my insurance company on my behalf to set everything straight when it all got a little too complicated! If the service isn't enough, then the prices would make anyone switch. Most medications, even without insurance are reasonably priced . if you DO have insurance some basic anti-biotics and contraceptives are VERY affordable ($4!!!) .

While it is true some people waiting for prescriptions are sick and/or in pain - that doesn't cover a lot of the people I observe. I would urge others to be a little more understanding and remember that the staff is subject to a lot of regulation and they can't control how and when your doctor or insurance will respond to inquiries. For those who have never been in retail environment, think what your day would be like if people who are waiting to talk to you make rude, loud, comments about you. I don't normally interject myself into what someone else is saying, but I've done it twice in this store. Have I experienced mistakes by the pharmacy? Yes. But not often. And mistakes happen. That is why you get an information sheet attached to the prescription bag. That is there for your safety. I have no complaint that could be handled by the staff within their authority. A few were indica-leaning. None were even sativa-leaning. That's straight up lying to customers. Also, many of their pre-rolls are so loose they're not smokable as joints. I find that many bud tenders completely ignore customers and talk amongst themselves, then treat those customers like we're stupid. Lying to customers about strains has to go against the CCC . When I brought back a joint to let them know that the 5 I bought were all too loose, AND hybrids that weren't even sativa-leaning as claimed, they treated me like garbage, made me wait while they helped other customers, just to respond 'too bad, so sad '. l mentioned that they were misrepresenting the product and the budtender literally yelled "All the joints are hybrid! There's no such thing as all or nothing!!" It was mortifying. She told me nothing I didn't already know. This is why I will never go back to Resinate. If lying to customers is a CCC violation then I'll be reporting them as well.
