Of all the pharmacies I've ever been to I have to say between prices, staff friendliness and…read moregeneral knowledge.. this is the best one in the area, and the best one I've ever used on a regular basis. They do get quite busy and they keep different sets of hours than the store itself, but despite this, I have never had better service. All the staff members worked with great effort to help me get medications and correct minor errors between the hospital, doctors, hospital pharmacy and my physical therapist all on their own, without being asked and even contacted my insurance company on my behalf to set everything straight when it all got a little too complicated! If the service isn't enough, then the prices would make anyone switch. Most medications, even without insurance are reasonably priced . if you DO have insurance some basic anti-biotics and contraceptives are VERY affordable ($4!!!) .

Her description: She told me her name was Maria, she had big eyes, medium to larger built. The second shot I had for my covid 19 vaccine about 2 weeks later on 02/15/22, I confirmed with the lady whom gave me my shot that day that the area was suppose to be cleaned and I let her know that my last shots that the lady never did it and she did not seem to care nor point me to any manager to complain. I also requested to see my needle come out of package and asked to see the identification on the vaccine that she was going to distribute to me the second visit because of the lack of professionalism from the first visit, she did this but after opening needle in front of me and taking the vaccine out of canister she then told me that she forgot the top of the needle in the back and left for the back room with my already made vaccine. I thought that was odd and unprofessional and sketchy. I then requested she do the whole process again in front of me and she then did. In addition toward the end of my visit she was speaking with another pharmacist and was making very odd comments that weren't needed, and drinking beverages while working with me. Very sketchy pharmacist and the vibe there. I would look into this locations operation 100%.

I have had nothing but good things to say about the staff at the pharmacy - These staff people are…read moresubject to an unbelievable amount of disrespect and hostility. While it is true some people waiting for prescriptions are sick and/or in pain - that doesn't cover a lot of the people I observe. I would urge others to be a little more understanding and remember that the staff is subject to a lot of regulation and they can't control how and when your doctor or insurance will respond to inquiries. For those who have never been in retail environment, think what your day would be like if people who are waiting to talk to you make rude, loud, comments about you. I don't normally interject myself into what someone else is saying, but I've done it twice in this store. Have I experienced mistakes by the pharmacy? Yes. But not often. And mistakes happen. That is why you get an information sheet attached to the prescription bag. That is there for your safety. I have no complaint that could be handled by the staff within their authority. And I give them KUDOs for the work they do and the volume of people they see (people who, like our family, left the pharmacy down the street.)

Because we thought that they were delivering, we didn't go to the store to get the items that I needed for Thanksgiving and for my granddaughter's birthday party which was on Thanksgiving. (I did do a full thanksgiving shopping but had forgotten things). Here it is the day after Thanksgiving and I still have not received my order. After calling customer service, they gave me a $15 food credit which I think is laughable. I understand in the grand scheme of things, this is small potatoes but just wanted to put this out there.
