He continued with repeating himself that the lady employee told me already that the prices were going up and the new prices. I explained to Nate that we can ask her together and we proceeded to the back to the animal food aisle. I personally would tell if theres an individual with a baby car seat and just an individual she didn't need to move for to give additional space. Knowing she didn't speak to me these employees were making lies as they go informing me that they did speak to me about this already but the lady said she didn't know if it was me. let alone right here I knew this was very unprofessional of them both. She proceeded to tell Nate that she didn't care because she was a vendor and that he needed to get the customer out her face (me) and my baby. So I walked away with Nate insisting that this was very unprofessional. Nate was getting a rasing voice and yelling at me that I was lying infront of other customers who were waiting to be checked out. I explained to him In front of all customers that he was very unprofessional and disrespectful. "It's the way how you say things to a customer who seen the price that was displayed and still not understanding the customers needs. However I did inform Nate and Luke that I will still purchase for the new price. Nate also stated that I was giving everyone a hard time. Nate stated that Luke came to him stating that I gave him a hard time from me asking About the price I seen. I then asked Luke if I gave him a hard time and he said No. I felt targeted at this point. I asked the emplyeee "Nate" what his name was because he didn't have a name tag and he told his name was Nate and then I asked him if he was the manager of this store. He stated he was the manager.I said thank you and proceeded to walk out of the store. As I walked out there was another customer who approached me and informed me he was not the manager and the manager name is Tara! I told her thank you and she said your welcome. Nate and Luke came outside and watched me load my baby and my purchases into my car as I looked over and said to Nate that I found out you are not the manager and I found out your manager name is Tara but thank you. I will be calling Tara the manager Tomorrow to inform her about how her employees treat her customers and I will also be calling Corporate to explain this situation as a customer of there store. I had such a bad experience shopping with my baby at this location. such poor customer service and satisfaction. I will not be shopping here again.

I love the table and the Shaker chairs but when we installed a hardwood floor in the kitchen, we has a problem with the chairs marking the floor because the felt pads will not adhere to the rounded bottom of the chair. I called both companies to ask for a solution to the problem. No answer, no interest! I emailed both businesses. Same result. I guess that once they sold the furniture they had no concern for the customer. How hard is it to make a phone call or to respond to am email??

If you go to the Website, you can find out information for the other venues we visited: LaChance Furniture Showrooms, Rome Furniture Center, and Winchendon Furniture. Collectively, these outlets offer more than 300 brands of furniture, with more than 1/4 million square feet of showroom displays, according to the Website. It was the perfect day for a trip up Route 2: It was sunny and more than 60 degrees out, and golf season hasn't started yet (so Mr. K was available to come along for the ride). We hit locations in Gardner and Winchendon, and as you can imagine, after awhile everything looked the same. All of the salespeople were helpful and friendly along the way. Most of the items are either traditional or Shaker-style, which is fine, but we couldn't find the table I've envisioned for several months. Most of the tables aren't tall enough, or else they're too wide or too deep. A shelf would be nice, even though that's something else to dust. If I were a carpenter (Hey. That's the name of a great song by Bobby Darin, whom most of you likely don't know) I'd be able to create the exact piece, in the exact color and size that I need. Maybe in another life. We didn't end up buying anything but we did have a great day.
