Upon getting at register there were 2 employees, one told me she would be out in a couple minutes and they both went behind a closed door, leaving no employee in sight. I waited 7 minutes they still didnt come so I went to the pharmacy and they paged assistance to the front. She immediately came out and scolded me that she said it would be a couple of minutes. I informed her I was waiting 7 minutes, I wasn't sure how much longer to wait as she said it would only be a couple minutes and i needed assistance. She proceeded to give me more attitude mocking me about how I said i waited 7 minutes and told me that the other employee she was helping was priority and she had to take care of that amd said i could have left if i did not want to wait. She would not stop degrading me for needing help at checkout so i told her i understand customers are NOT priority here. She continued to go on criticizing me for asking for assistance on the register and would not stop going on about it.

I didn't have my Indiana driver's license yet and the insurance company assumed I took my husband's last name, so my legal name on my Las Vegas driver's license has never matched my insurance card. The previous pharmacist I went through knew me and the situation (as to why my last name on the insurance hasn't been changed is a whole other Yelp review). Anywho, I called and the pharmacist and pharmacy staff were super nice and laid back. I explained my situation and they were really understanding about everything! Same day service. They took the prescription from my doctor, who's in Nevada (telephonic appointments are awesome), no issues. Pickup was great. I didn't go inside, but the drive through experience was nice. I guess the only thing that I can say negative is that my prescription bottle looks like a throwback to the 80ies, but I don't have kids so no need for a push cap. I'll update if anything changes, but I highly recommend this pharmacy!

I'm extremely disappointed by my experience with this company. A close family friend went there…read moreseeking advice on potential holistic adjunct therapies after being diagnosed with stage IV esophageal cancer. During an incredibly vulnerable and devastating time, he was told they could "cure" his cancer if he followed their protocol. I believe holistic and complementary therapies can absolutely have a place alongside conventional medicine. However, promising a cure to a stage IV cancer patient -- when medical specialists and established science do not support such claims -- is deeply inappropriate and troubling. Offering that level of certainty creates false hope for people whose lives have just been turned upside down. My friend followed their regimen diligently while awaiting a second opinion from a highly renowned cancer facility, after already receiving a poor prognosis from another leading cancer center. His condition continued to deteriorate at rapid speed. To give someone in that position such definitive promises is heartbreaking and irresponsible. I sincerely hope there was no intent to exploit a vulnerable situation for financial gain. Regardless, making claims like this can cause real harm, and I cannot recommend their services.

Myself and a coworker, we both carry the exact same insurance from our employer, we see the same doctor, and we are on the same progesterone compound injections from that same doctor. We take identical doses, of the same exact compound, through identical insurance. I am paying full price for my progesterone, because this pharmacy told me that my insurance (which they do accept) will not pay for it. My coworker had the same issue, but she contacted our insurance to see why it isn't covered, and they told her that it IS in fact covered, but it is being rejected because of how it is being billed by FW Custom RX. Her husband went in and argued with the pharmacist several times, telling him exactly how to bill our insurance so that it would be covered... Now since they file her progesterone differently, she gets hers for $30 less than I pay for mine... I've talked to Fort Wayne Custom RX on the phone about the insurance billing issue, and explained to them how they bill insurance for my coworker and that they need to be doing it the same for me. The man on the other end was extremely rude and refused to do anything about it. So I am still paying full price for my progesterone, when my insurance DOES cover a portion of it, but they won't do anything to correct their filing problem.

They did however make the point that I would not be given any sort of refund. Even though good Rx is a bit more expensive it's worth it. I had a prescription at Kroger that was supposed to be free. They charged my son $11.48. When I called for a refund they refused to give it to me even though they agreed it should have been free. My advice? Don't waste your time or money as they are unprofessional

Very Helpful, they called our doctor to confirm a prescription was the correct amount when we asked (dosage changed and we did not realize it). Very easy to fit in prescription pickup with grocery shopping - free checks with blood pressure, too. Also have flu shots, drive up window, and get fuel points. Wonderful people to know when you are sick or need drug advice for your prescription. A bit busy, as all pharmacies today are, the wait is not too long and they can text / call / email you for pickup. Thanks for taking care of our family's drug needs!
