    They could care less about you. Drive in wait could be 20 minutes and your next. Techs are as slow as can be. Go some place else

    I came in today to print pictures of my cousin that is going to college in the next week. I came to…read morethis exact location at 3 PM. There was a long line, so I had to end up waiting to print my pictures. It then took 40 minutes for my pictures to download onto the computer, and then the entire request timed out on me.! decided to go home. Then, at 6:30 PM 1| decided to go back to the very same CVS. I sat there and reminisced about memories with my cousin as I cried in the CVS. I then got my ticket, and went shopping around the store to get tape and a card. I returned back to the photo kiosk, and my photos were not there. I had asked the woman working next to the kiosk when my photos will be done, and she said to check back in 10 minutes. I came back around 15 minutes later, and still no photos. I decided to ask somebody else that was walking around the store. She took my ticket from me and looked through the orders. It did not say my order was there. She told me that she didn't know what to do. Then, a man that was also working there comes over. He decides to check the printer from where my photos should have been coming out, and he realizes that there was no paper. At this point, I had spent around 40 minutes waiting for my photos to print. He then refills the paper, and I had asked him when my photos would be ready because I was waiting for about an hour at this point. He was then very rude with his interaction towards me, he did not apologize for how long I have been waiting, he had just simply said, "I don't know hopefully 10 minutes." I was shocked. I did not anticipate that this rude behavior would be used towards me, as I have been waiting in the store for an hour. He goes to the computer in which I attempted to print my pictures on, ano I see all of the pictures in the computer. The man then tells me that my pictures were not there, and that he was unable to print them out, as I was standing there, watching him look at all of my photos. I am absolutely disgusted with the way I was treated by this man. After, all I wanted was a Reese's Fast Break Bar. They did not have them. I was very upset, and hungry. I am very unhappy with my experience, I come to this CVS location, quite often, and I don't think I will be returning back for a while. I came home with no pictures, and wasted about 2 hours of my day. Not a sorry or anything.

While calling Olsson's this week to check on 2 prescriptions that I needed filled I was informed that they will no longer order the medicine that I needed filled. Abrupt discontinuation of my medications is widely known to cause severe, and in some cases, life threatening consequences. The FDA states that abrupt discontinuation of the medications I'm prescribed causes severe physical & psychological harm to patients. I did not want to stop taking my medications abruptly but due to the fact that my script is due on Saturday (tomorrow) it literally leaves me no time whatsoever to avoid what will now happen to me. I understand businesses change, new owners have their own way of doing things, I get it. Giving patients absolutely no notice regarding medications that will have severe negative life altering consequences due to the abrupt discontinuation is going to cause me more undue harm than I could begin to explain. My wife and I have contacted every major and minor pharmacy in the area and as it stands the earliest I could possibly get the medication is Monday. So that leaves me from now until hopefully some time on Monday to deal with the ramifications. Just a heads up for anyone in a similar position. My disability, which is both crippling me & will cause my death, becomes secondary in a sense to the challenges created by others. We're going to keep trying to find somewhere, anywhere, to get the meds I need but after 24 hours of already trying the chances of finding an acceptable alternative is slim to none. Thank you so much for adding to the stress, pain, and frustration that being disabled provides. I will make sure that I do not step foot in your store for the rest of my life.

Since my doctor is retiring at the end of the month, they made sure I had enough refills to cover me for the first part of next year.
