The staff goes to great length to accommodate requests to expedite filling RX's when I'm in a hurry. Like many businesses during Covid, I'm sure they have been stressed but I can't imagine the pressure they are probably under to redefine how they do business. Pricing for prescriptions and their OTC inventory is very competitive. I also enjoy supporting small businesses that offer quality service in a much more personable way. Beaufort Drug isn't fancy, it doesn't have a drive thru window, but they will bring your meds out to your car if you call in and tell them you are there- says a sign on the door. From the moment I called them, to going inside to give them my insurance info, to the time I picked up my meds, they were absolutely fantastic. It is one of those places you actually feel good about supporting, and feel that they are supporting you, too, especially when you are going there to get meds when you aren't feeling so hot. Superb customer service, speedy fill, and great folks!

This Harris Teeter is the closest grocery store to where I live. I have to admit, my first shopping trip to this store was only because I used to shop at Harris Teeter in Greenville, NC when I was going to college. After shopping their twice I signed up for their e-VIC card to save a few dimes on filling up my car only to discover the nearest BP was on Atlantic Beach or Newport. No big deal, I used to drive miles to fill up my car up north. So I have been shopping at this store for while. What I have notice is the employees of the store are very helpful. Also, where I could spend thirty minutes or more waiting in line to check out up north, employees of this store work diligently to make check out quick and painless even to the point of accepting an old man telling them how to bag his groceries. They will open up a new register quickly. And I have never had to wait long to be checked out. And they make every effort to have someone bag as well speeding up the process. To be honest, I haven't seen this level of service since I was a child.
