The staff goes to great length to accommodate requests to expedite filling RX's when I'm in a hurry. Like many businesses during Covid, I'm sure they have been stressed but I can't imagine the pressure they are probably under to redefine how they do business. Pricing for prescriptions and their OTC inventory is very competitive. I also enjoy supporting small businesses that offer quality service in a much more personable way. From Hunter to Jared I give them all a thumbs up and am grateful for all they do - especially in these more difficult times.

Really rude to people in line before me & very expensive. Absolutely could not have had a easier transition at Realo Pharmacy in Cape Carteret. Which often times my copay is Zero!!! Unfortunately there is no way to split up this review. Employees in the different departments are awesome, helpful, & nice! Love the beauty & photo department. Even the people who help in the medicine section, just not the pharmacy. Super nice employees that check you out at the front too. I very rarely fill scripts here, only if realo is closed. It kept repeating unable to verify phone number over and over again no matter what number I dialed, and no matter how many times I said operator/agent. So, I entered the extension for the front desk and told her about the phone service glitching. She was nice and went to inform the Pharmacy and inquire about my prescription status. When she came back to phone she was upset stating the Pharmacy yelled at her and told her there was nothing she could do. I have no idea if my very much needed prescription is ready. I'm disabled and in a lot of pain. I don't use phone apps because I can't see the screen.The nice front desk person couldn't even transfer me directly to the pharmacy because she said they don't have that capability. Not cool CVS.
