The pharmacist didn't help me out at all, didn't even try. She put me on hold then hung up. I've called back & left 2 voice messages on their machine stating what happened & why I was upset. No one has called me back. I normally don't have problems with CVS, but today I did. I needed that pharmacist to help. After she hung up on me, I was upset after that, & still. I should of got her name for a better report.

Scott has checked insurance that would help me better. He goes out of his way to help me regarding prescriptions. All of his employees are ready to help and always curious and polite. I go by several pharmacies to get to Realo and I'm happy to do it. If I'm to sick to pick up my drugs they will go out of there way to see I get mine delivered. They are truly blessed and Scott is on top. If rewards are issued than Scott and his staff deserve it.
