Walmart is my go-to for my family's medicine needs. Never again. For many years I've shopped at the Yopp Walmart and I've never had a single problem. I've moved, hence using a different store. The two times I've needed to utilize the Swansboro pharmacy, the techs have been rude and unhelpful. I will not be using this pharmacy again.

The staff goes to great length to accommodate requests to expedite filling RX's when I'm in a hurry. Like many businesses during Covid, I'm sure they have been stressed but I can't imagine the pressure they are probably under to redefine how they do business. Pricing for prescriptions and their OTC inventory is very competitive. I also enjoy supporting small businesses that offer quality service in a much more personable way. From Hunter to Jared I give them all a thumbs up and am grateful for all they do - especially in these more difficult times.

My wife and i were the only people in the store yesterday .. there for about 20 minutes. The two girls carried on a personal conversation even walked passed me and asked me absolutely nothing and offered me no help or an acknowledgement.. annoyed i left. I was in the flat iron section. I came back today walked in absolutely no greeting the store was busy about 6 other people .. i was in the flat iron section again.. a lady walked in right after me and got greeted immediately and asked if she needs help.. only difference difference between me and everyone else in the store .. i'm African American. My medication needed to be filled the 29th. Of course, y'all don't have it so I'm told it'll be ordered & ready after 5pm today, Dec 1st. Not I'm being told due to the holiday that y'all are pushing everyone's prescriptions back a few days. So, it's acceptable for you to make me wait 4 days for your convenience? This prescription was due originally on the 23rd. You do the math. Meanwhile, guess I'll be hunting a better pharmacy.
