This place is unprofessional af. I come in to pickup an order. Person in front of me pays for their item - then walks out. Cashier Ty motions for me to come to the register. As I'm being helped turns out the guy who walked off left his item and came to the front to grab it. Ok fine no issue. I pickup my items and cashier Ty makes a comment "I really wish you hadnt walked up as I was helping a customer." I say "Um your customer walked off and you motioned for me to come up" then he bickers and argues with me. So I just calmy grab my things and comment that he shouldnt be in customer service. I am an Eagle Rock resident, and I have been shopping at CVS on 1030 Colorado Boulevard for over 15 years. This afternoon, at around 1:30 p.m., I had an extremely disappointing experience with your customer service. Not only was there no one visible at the front, but when I attempted to check out using your self-checkout system--which is already less intuitive than those at grocery stores and other retailers--my order froze and requested assistance. I wasn't making a scene; I was simply standing there, waiting for help. Instead of receiving assistance, I was met with unnecessary attitude from (what I assume was) your manager: a tall man, late 40s to early 50s, wearing a green shirt. He approached me looking angry, with his hands on his hips, and in a loud, harsh tone said, "Remove it"--without clarifying whether he meant my bag or an item. There was no courtesy, no "please," no "let me help you," nothing professional about the way he handled the situation. I was also told I needed to indicate that I had brought my own bag first. I don't mind doing this at all, but the manner in which it was communicated was rude, disrespectful, sexist and completely unnecessary. I am a professional woman with a master's degree in business, and I take pride in treating others with respect. I do not appreciate being treated otherwise. Easy with drive thru pharmacy, nice staff, good location, lots of free safe parking, fair prices

I search the online app to see if they had CryoMax Cold Pack in stock they did and for $29.99 So I was only a few minutes away from the store I drove to the store instead of ordering it on the app. If I ordered it on the app it wouldn't be ready for about an hour according the app. I didn't have an hour to waste so I went into the store and bought it. I was charged 33.79 for it instead of the online price of 29.99. I spoke with the store manager she stated if I wanted it for the $29.99 price I should've bought it online for pickup instead of coming into the store to buy it. She was unwilling to give to for the online app price of $29.99. The manager could had resolved by giving back close to $4 refund but she didn't so this review read more

Today I went to CVS Hebron, CT. to pick up my meds because they called me 2 days ago that I have a prescription ready for pick up. But when I get my turn on the line up they told me I don't have anything ready . I have one scheduled on the 19th of the month and today is the 8th. I was dissapointed. WTF. read more

I do phone systems for a living and their auto attendant is from hell do not have a choice to leave a message. You have to listen to all the choices of which once they do understand you want to go to a representative, which takes about 10 statements to that effect they end up hanging up on you nine times out of town because it doesn't work if you want a pharmacy that you can deal with and actually talk to a human being. This CVS really went downhill. Absolutely everything is behind glass now and it's impossible to shop. You press the button and wait forever. And once you do get your razors or beer or whatever, they take your things and put them upfront so you can't just quickly use the self checkout. May as well use Amazon (cheaper), Target, or even Vons across the street. read more

First time visiting this location. Didn't explore the place because I already knew what I wanted so I went straight to those aisles. Best part was that I was finally able to use my 40% off coupon on one item and 25% off coupon for the whole purchase. Saved quite a bit on my Revlon hair product and Olay facial moisturizer. These things can add up, so my coupons really helped a lot. I used the self checkout which was easy and self explanatory to use. You always get a lot of coupons afterwards which I don't always use, but they can be useful. Free parking which was surprisingly kind of full for an evening quick purchase run. read more

Nice managers and they usually have some great yello tag deals of the week on basic stock. Good grocery section when you're low on creamer or such. Can't go wrong with Extra Care. At $5/month you get a $10 monthly credit on merchandise with Extra care card. Win-win! read more

Unlike any other Pharmacist or Tech I have ever spoken to at any CVS anywhere. My local CVS inside Target La Canada failed again to order medication I have been taking for five years. After literally 16 days of checking progress of refills on 2 prescriptions, I received a voicemail from them, with three phone numbers of other CVS locations to call myself- to ask if they had medication in stock and ask to have it transferred to them. smh read more

On Wednesday 4.27.2022 I took my elderly mother in a wheelchair to get her 4th booster. No appointment was made as the Monday prior my sister had brought in our dad and he was given the "courtesy" of walking in and getting the booster. The website also stated walkins were welcomed. My mom on the other hand was not given the same "courtesy" despite no one being there waiting to get boosted. Elderly, eligible because she's immune compromised and yet, while we were there mom in a wheel chair the most "kind" pharmacist couldn't stop whatever tf she was doing to help. No one waiting. No obvious appo at that time. Should I have made an appo sure, but since this Pharmacy is sexist only my dad was extended this "courtesy". That was the last and only time I'll walk into that CVS. They wanted me to pay for a whole new set of pills because I took the wrong pills home. The have no empathy for customer, it's like they don't care if people shop there. When I told them that I should pay for their mistake a male "tech" said "yeah you already said that, come tomorrow and see the manager" In the meantime they told me to take the medicine I had . Instead of getting security, he tries to touch And grab at people himself... He has tried to grab me several times. He has followed me around the store. Sadly, the store always has some of the most desperate-looking vagrants pan handing. There is a pharmacy technician named E*** there who is extremely rude. I've been to a number of pharmacies and I've never come across a ruder pharmacy tech. I hope management does something about her. I gave her my mother's prescription bottle that had one refill left and said "Hi, so, my mom gave me this prescription bottle and said it was sufficient enough for you guys to give her a refill." She took the bottle and gave me a look that offended me a lot; it was like "What?? What are you even saying?" It was enough to shock me for a moment, and then I replied to her silent and confused stare "It's for my mom," to see if that would elicit any other response from her other than that weird look. She was looking at me like I was weird or something and I didn't appreciate it at all. I could tell she was having a bad day and was taking it out on me. She looked at the bottle and punched in a couple numbers into the computer and a moment later said "This was filled at another location. The Eagle Rock location," and she handed it back to me and said nothing else. I looked at her with the bottle in hand, confused. I literally had to ask her if she was able to fill it there. Like, isn't it 100% intuitive that if I bring a prescription bottle to you, regardless of if it is filled at another CVS location, that I want it to be filled there? But no, I had to ask her. "Uhh...can you guys fill it here?"' She took the bottle again and clacked in a few more numbers into the system. A few moments later she said "It'll be ready in an hour." It was like it was the biggest burden for her to do so. An hour and 10 minutes later I stand in line for pick up. The guy that was in front of me during drop off turned out to be behind me, and he had asked if his medication was ready as he walked pass the counter to stand in line, and E*** got his medication and set it aside as he stood in line behind me. So I go up and she hesitates after looking at me and gives me another weird look. "You...you're the person, weren't you just here?" "....No....it's been exactly an hour...." "Well....I don't think it's ready." She checks her system and calls back to the pharmacist to see if its ready and he calls back that it isn't, but he says "One second," to prepare it. She says to me, "It's not ready." And that's it. No "please wait a moment while we prepare it," or "please have a seat." It was just "it's not ready," and she leaves me standing there not knowing if I should stay at the counter or sit, so I decide to sit and wait. After about 5 minutes the head pharmacist A*** calls my name and apologizes for the wait. He is extremely kind and cordial and makes small talk, and he almost seems like he's trying to make up for E***'s rude behavior. Head pharmacist is great, pharmacy technician is not great. read more

The other pharmacies in my area were out of what I needed, and this CVS even had the generic. The pharmacists were fine, the beauty products section was neat and well-stocked. Bertha C. and the customer behind her at the register both had to wait a bit for their cash back, which I didn't quite understand. The parking lot is oddly shaped and you can't enter/exit from Figueroa. Reckon I'll be back when I need a refill. Oh, and a 12-pack of Pepsi for $2.22 is awesome, but I suppose that was a deal at any CVS. read more
