Insane. Deny or delay. The last visit 4/22/26 the pharmist told me 30 mins When I called. I said you're telling me that at 11am i can pick up my script, no probs and no delays? He said yes. he here's my phone say this call is being recorded. He slams the phone down hanging up on me!! I go to the store at 11am. Wait 28 mins in line and then wait til I get my RX in hand bc if you say anything they don't like, they will refuse to fill it And call it Pharmacist discretion. So i ask the pharmacist why did u hang up on me when I called just bc you heard it say im recording? he said it was a accident lol. I said sir it's an old school plastic busn phone. You can clearly hear you slam it down. I am 13 days from major elbow tendon surgery that controls my fingers And in an immobilization brace. I'm legally temp handicapped. My left arm just had the exact same surgery done isn't even 100% 24 weeks ago. It's a 3/6 month recovery. I had them done back to back. So 13 days after surgery this pharmacist thinks he's caught lying on recording. My phone was in my rt hand against my left bicep until I look to make sure its recording. When I take my eyes off of him, he panics and snatches at my phone. See pics. He hits both hands and the phone. Phone screen cracked from compression cracks either my fingers or his squeezing so hard. Idk how I hung on. I don't but I'm glad I did n bc it woulda ended badly had he gotten it. Walgreens blames me and says I'm fishing to sue them lmao. Bc iv video'd every time I got a prescription to document the ada violations and discriminatio. The Deli counter has a sign that states the hours, however when visiting during normal operating hours, no one is available to slice meat. They claim they're understaffed and walk away from you. Been understaffed for 5 years now. Publix needs to hurry up and get here. There is absolutely no comparison and Kroger will face severe consequences once they arrive in the area. They can't get my specific type of medication until they have my prescription. Once they get my script they're supposed to order in my particular medication. However 4 times out of 6 they have not gotten this correct. Simultaneously they wait a day or 2 BEFORE ordering it then it doesn't get here until I am out of medication. It is difficult to live without this type of medication as well. So there are many issues I am having with THIS Pharmacy specifically. Additionally I have to drive 40 minutes just to get here & for it to be incorrect. Ridiculous. If I did not have to use CVS I surely would never come back to CVS ever again. When I called to ask why the doctor's 90-day order was not followed, I was repeatedly placed on hold and no one introduced themselves when speaking with me. The pharmacist repeatedly explained the "default insurance process" multiple times, even after I asked why the prescription was not filled as written. This did not address my concern. My history clearly shows I always receive a 90-day supply and pay using GoodRx. The pharmacist, who again did not introduce herself, was extremely rude, seemed rushed, and was dismissive throughout the conversation. There was no attempt to offer solutions or correct the issue, such as reversing the claim or allowing payment for the remaining supply. I also felt powerless in the situation, as no options were offered and I was not given any clear way to resolve the problem. Ultimately, the prescription was not followed as written, which is disrupting my care. There is a reason I have consistently been maintained on a 90-day supply, and that continuity was not respected.
