I need to praise the beauty specialis, Denis, at this store! I thought I knew about skin care and have been spending so much money on products. Denise explained the products in depth to me that are sold at cvs. Now I only use those products and no longer spend 200.00 for a serum! I love her!! If I have any questions I just call her and she explains everything to me. She even helped me sign up on the app to receive coupons!! I think Denise is wonderful and I send all my friends to her to learn even though we all live far away! Thank you Denise!!! read more

I went to Minute clinic for the stop smoking cessation program. The nurse said she could not do anything of the sort because she didn't know my medical history and the patches and other meds have BIG TIME side affects and she was not willing to put her license on the line to prescribe them. So I should just keep smoking instead. What kind of whack job is she? She said she was just filling in for the day so I scheduled another appointment for 9 am today at Danvers, MA store. Of course that lady filling in for the day was THERE AGAIN! I had called the 1-866-389-2727 number yesterday when I came home empty handed and they told me to set up an appointment and call them if there were problems. Said they would call the store and find out what was going on if I had issues. I'm back home here after visit times two. I WANT MY GAS MONEY REFUNDED. TWO TRIPS TO THAT STORE. 2 HOURS WASTED. 50- GIFT CARD. CALL ME! The danvers store is at 311 Newbury street!!!!!!!!! I want an explanation. Why say you provide a service but when you show up they are too chicken to prescribe patches or cartridges? I am disheartened by the lack of customer service and rude attitude of employees (specifically Denise) at this location.

Went to the minute clinic when I was super sick. Ended up waiting almost two hours when I was originally told one. Would have been understanding as I know the waits could vary, except I listened to the nurse talking and laughing about her pets with the woman who went in before me for the majority of that two hours. read more

Went tot he Minute Clinic to get my flu shot... Jessica who gave it to me was so kind and gentle... and did a great job... it did take a long time but we were 5th in line... everyone had the same idea... I did like that they had their own little office so you didn;t have to sit behind a screen and have everyone else hear what you were saying... it was like being at the doctor with out all the sick people and the bad magazines... but there was plenty of white coats around... just warning you... read more

The WORST pharmacy I've ever had the displeasure of having to go to. EVERYTIME I've gone there, they are the RUDEST pharmacy staff I've ever encountered. They recently messed up me refilling a medication I absolutely need because they can't count, literally. I had a 14 day supply to fill and I had to go to this particular pharmacy as my regular pharmacy didn't have it available. They marked a 14 day supply as 20 because they couldn't do simple arithmetic. You shouldn't be working in a pharmacy if figuring out that a RX for 70 pills at 5 daily is not 20 days, but 14. This almost prevented me from renewing a prescription. As I previously mentioned, they're so unfriendly and miserable. Long ago, I was out of an antibiotic as I lost it. I got a female pharmacist who I've had nothing but problems with, who never got my name, the medication I needed refilled early but "couldn't because it's a controlled substance and against the law." Really, my doctor called it into another pharmacy and told me this medication wasn't a controlled substance. Again, she never got my name or the name of the medication.....had she, it would have been easy. The doctor also informed me that had it been an early refill of a controlled substance, a simple call to the doctor would have sufficed and that it's not illegal if the doctor approves of it. Just find another pharmacy, they make nothing but problems and can't even get the prescriptions right when it comes from their own in-store minute Clinic and then, it takes HOURS TO FILL A BOX OF AZITROMYCIN (already sorted in a box with instructions.) Waiting hours for said aforementioned RX is horrible when your suffering from a painful bacterial infection. I'll never go back. WORST CVS PHARMACY I'VE EVER HAD THE DISPLEASURE OF HAVING TO VISIT. read more

Went to the Minute Clinic to have an embedded tick removed. The Minute Clinic is a great option when your Primary Care Physician's office has no openings at the end of the day. We were in and out of there in less than a half hour and that included waiting for a prescription. The nurse practitioners at the Minute Clinic couldn't be nicer. Thank you Katie! read more
