He will literally go on and help with any questions or concerns you might have, about your prescriptions, along with the items in the store. All the pharmacists and people who work there are great! The only thing that I wish was different was that that they would be open even for a couple hours on Sundays (esp. since lately that happens to be the day when mu prescriptions can be filled). Anywhere that is willing to call and deal with the insurance company for you get an "A+" from me! :)

My boyfriend bought a cell phone over at Salem Walmart on highland avenue he goes to return it…read morebecause the cell phone that they showed him the screen was smashed I asked for the manager because apparently the employee decided to tell me that wasn't the exact phone that went in that box and it is we don't have any other phones I don't know where they're coming from then this guy Nick shows up to then he decides to tell us that there's no policy on the cell phone when it states directly on the receipt that there is a 30-day policy on it or two week policy so therefore not only did he disrespect us he also turned around and didn't return the item that was already damaged and sold to us we're trying to exchange the item and he's giving us nothing but attitude him and his friend Dina at the front desk I would not recommend this Walmart to anyone.

I was there picking up some prescriptions for the kiddo and the pharmacist was super nice and attentive. Not only did she explained step by step how to give the medicine to my son but she also took the time to call the dr because she felt he gave my son a dose not recommended for kids. That's going the extra mile. The store it's clean and organized. So far, the employees are nice. I do have to say, the pharmacy department it's understaffed. There was one talking to me, other on the phone while 2 cars waited outside on the drive thru. Other than that, no complaints.

Later, when I was checking out, I noticed that he was multitasking, by running back and forth between the photo department and the front register, all of the time never stopping his smile. The new pharmacy notified me that they have contacted Walgreens three times and been unable to get Walgreens to transfer the prescription. This is not surprising given their level of uncaring unprofessionalism.

Northshore Home Medical Supply offered a big selection, which was good because I'm a big guy, and she went in to talk to the staff. Joe showed her the options, then said that they also rent chairs, so I could try it at home for 30 or 60 days, or just rent it for the period I needed. After 30 days we knew that we wanted to buy the chair. Their price was better than other companies, and they credited the rental fee to the purchase price, making it a great value. 2 years later there was a problem with the chair, the back collapsed and the remote couldn't bring it up. Calling the manufacturer for what we thought was a 7 year warranty, ends up on certain parts were covered. They couldn't even offer a service call because they don't have a Boston service supplier. I called Northshore and described the issue, they had a service tech out that day to review the problem. He couldn't figure out the fix. Joe came out at 8 pm and within 15 minutes the chair was working like new, at no charge. This is an excellent local company. I would recommend them highly.
