The new pharmacy notified me that they have contacted Walgreens three times and been unable to get Walgreens to transfer the prescription. This is not surprising given their level of uncaring unprofessionalism.

No one can tell me where it is, why it's not filled, or when I'm actually going to get it. I've now been sent between locations being told it's ready, only to show up and hear "we don't have it." Meanwhile, I'm without medication I need, getting worse, and the staff offers zero real answers. One employee (Rita) looked up my prescription and couldn't give any clear information or timeline at all--just confusion and attitude instead of solutions. At this point, it feels like no one knows what they're doing. This isn't a small mistake--this is people's health. Figure out your system, communicate properly, and stop leaving patients stuck chasing their own prescriptions.

My husband had a surgery right across the street and the pharmacy had hours to fill the prescription but didn't. They then closed for 30 minutes for lunch and when they reopened they said it would take another 30 minutes to fill the prescription. It took over 30 minutes and then the missed a medication. I had to go back to get the last one which they hadn't filled. The pharmacist manager took her time to fill it - helping other customers first instead of filling the late and miss prescription and then made me stand in line again just to pay for it! By the end of my experience I was there for 90 minutes while my husband was in the car post operation. The pharmacy team knew that he was post operation and waiting for pain meds and that still didn't give them any sense of urgency or care. What a terrible experience. I will never use this pharmacy again.

The last delivery took 12 days to arrive, and I live less than two miles away. The package was crushed, had another person's name and address sticker added to the box, my name and address was scratched out, it went from Peabody to two other states and back to Massachusetts and finally to my house. Seriously? Now I'm back to picking up the prescriptions myself. Also, when I find something online that I need and it states it is IN STOCK, I go to the store and guess what? It is NOT in stock. Imagine that?
