For a brief moment, someone picked up then placed me on hold again. It's as if they're waiting for you to hang up so they don't have to deal with you. Friendly staff I love being able to get in and out so I can run the rest of my errands. Most recently, the clerk was on the phone trying to patiently explain to a customer over and over again that the photo printer is broken and tried providing repeated guidance on next steps. After (me) patiently waiting for a bit, the clerk decided to multitask and get my packages scanned in while also trying to reassure the phone customer. Solid experience in my book.

It has slightly improved over the years but is still not a pharmacy I would personally choose to fill prescriptions at if it wasn't due the limitations of our insurance. The drive-thru window is consistently not attended to and the service button to call someone is really useless as the employees take their sweet time coming to answer it. Parking and going inside is a shot in the dark because regardless of time or day, the pick-up line could be 10 people deep or empty. The employees are less rude than they used to be, at least the ones I've recently encountered, but they still don't go above and beyond to make your trip/experience there pleasant. I do also want to gripe about the mobile pick-up counter. Apparently, even if you order, checkout and pay in advance online, you can't use this counter and must stand in the regular line. What is the point of this counter and sign then? Do better, CVS Pharmacy.

Employees forget to update prices, and leave them labeled cheaper than they actually are. This target forgets to update that items are either out of stock or in stock. You cannot depend on the Target App. Check out lane workers can be very rude, and not welcoming. Workers never prioritize people waiting for locked items. I have waited a long time. It is definitely a bit difficult to find…read more It is literally tucked upstairs in this Sutter Health building up the hill from the Serramonte Shopping Center. My GPS led me to the next building which happens to be a school so do be patient when driving here. There was a sign at the door when I arrived and requested my friend's prescription. After paying for it, the cashier asked me to wait for the pharmacist for instructions for the medication. She was on the phone so I waited around three minutes before she slowly explained the steps before, while, and after taking the meds. All in all, a solid experience was had on my visit. It was a bit difficult to find especially if this is not your primary medical center. Just follow the above directions if you get lost.
