Came in to get passport photo. Employee said their camera is down. Other than that, location is great and easily accessible.

The store is full of sale items for seasonal needs and high quality electrolyte-filled water selections. I always buy my stocking stuffers here at Christmas time because of price and selection. Being in the neighborhood makes it very convenient.

His behavior is night and day difference on and off medication, and years ago I noticed that some days he would be spacing out and others he would be restless even though he took the same pill at the same time every day. One day I saw the capsules in the light and there were different levels, so I bought a pharmaceutical grade scale (down to 0.001mg accuracy) and made sure it was calibrated, then did a quality control check on his meds. For a 15mg prescription, what was inside those capsules usually ranged from 12mg-18mg which would explain the shifts in reactions to his meds since as little as 3-5mg changed the reaction and I didn't want him overdosing especially. Normally I am one of those types that believes the best intentions unless direct evidence is brought forth, but I'm not gullible. It could be a machine glitched or a tech was still training, right? So in the past I would painstakingly make sure that all were 15mg and as a result his behavior leveled off. Problem solved. Today for his 15mg prescription I saw 10.6mg, 10.2mg, 7.6mg again and again 5-8mg less which is a big deal for his stability and the fact that we are paying for more than we're getting, which is upsetting. I called to ask what could have caused this shortage and they did say it was filled by hand by the pharmacist - not a technician, but was told a customer couldn't possibly know what they were talking about... Firstly I'm not stupid and I'm not talking anything overly complicated. It is weighing a single medication to check and make sure the numbers are the same and they're not - by a lot!! So she was rude, dismissive and hung up on me after *they* made a mistake with medication, the latter of which is a very serious deal! I will calibrate my scale *again* and if I'm wrong I will delete this review, but if I'm right I'm contacting corporate. If they are done by hand and it is this far off during a shortage, it's hard not to wonder if someone is skimming or trying to stretch medications when they should just say "we don't have enough to fill this prescription." While frustrating, I can respect that more than deception. Double check your meds, especially if you find their efficacy is variable or unpredictable. I would only give one star, but until today they have been neutral or friendly in customer service. But shorting prescriptions is a big deal and the way they handled it was wrong.

Walgreens Pharmacy Personnel Customer Service and efficiency Sucks!…read moreI had never made or said a negative comment about anyone's customer service, but these people went over board. Anyone can make a mistake, own it and move on. We, after all, are humans. I placed a prescription to be filled. Walgreens called me when it was filled. I went a couple of days later. I was told that it needed to be filled out, I was surprised but ok, I waited. 1 1/2hr Was told that the new card for 2024 was invalid or not activated. That they were calling insurance offices to confirm, that perhaps I should come back another day. I was there, the tech was not calling anyone!! total lie!!!. There is only one insurance office to call. What actually happened: Walgreens made the mistake of filling out the wrong med.! Instead of saying the wrong med was filled out, they gave me the reason that the Insurance Card was not activated and to come back another day. (I had called insurance company from home to make sure all would be set) I went to my car and called insurance company again and that's when the insurance company told me that the wrong med was filled and that is why the Insurance company declined the authorization. It was too soon for that particular med to be refilled. Insurance company called in my behalf to straighten it out and the Pharmacy Tech, declined to answer the phone calls claiming she was too busy. I WAS THERE , SHE WAS NOT THAT BUSY to answer the phone and have the matter cleared. A manager with a sour attitude came out shouting at me that they were filling out the correct prescription.. I'm an educated person, I resented how this manager addressed me. Obviously her team's attitude reflects hers. By now 3 hours had elapsed. I walked out without any med. I do not recommend this pharmacy. BEWARE! Apparently their parents forgot to teach them, kindness, empathy for the sick , and honesty.

I enjoy browsing when I bring in a paper script, because it's USUALLY ready in ONLY TEN MINUTES! They've managed to recapture the true beauty of a simpler time that was filled with kindness, and offered us all small piece of an era long gone but SORELY missed; they've done a FINE job too! As for the pharmacy itself, it seems that EVERY TIME I come to this pharmacy, SOMEONE there always far exceeds my expectations. EVERYONE there is so friendly, and so helpful! Recently, I arrived 15 minutes after closing, but no biggie. I simply headed back to the car. The new owner/pharmacist (whom I had never met before) spotted me, ran to the door, unlocked it, and asked if he could help me. Though I protested because they were closed, he was very insistent, and proceeded to turn the lights back on, and get my prescription. WHO DOES THAT?!?!? In a culture where people often don't want to do their jobs, and VERY OFTEN makes an especially kindhearted patron like myself feel like an inconvenience rather than an asset, THESE people make me feel VAUED not only as a customer, but VALUED as a PERSON. Every time I come here, I leave with a big smile. In just a few minutes, THEY will have made me feel a little more optimistic about the future, simply by showing me that indeed there is STILL plenty of kindness left in the world. THEY have taken the time and effort to make THAT the basis of their business, and they bring that kindness to the forefront. Thank y'all so much.
