If I could give the pharmacy a lower score I would. They are totally incompetent. The last 3 times I've gone to pick up a prescription it has required multiple visits to get them accuratly. They can never find them, even though I've received a text they are ready. They always short you the correct number of pills. They have left my refridgerated RX out not refrigerated.Today though was even worse than usual. Yesterday I dropped off 3 paper Rx to the pharmacist and ask if there would be any problem in filling them. Dr. Green said I don't see any reason for a problem. I received a text they were ready today. Went to CVS to pick up, as usual Chad couldn't find two of them. I went through much explanation what they were, i'd just had surgery, etc. Yes, I got irritated at the same old incompetence as I never found the 3 stooges funny but this CVS Team iritates in the same way. My care taker arrived to find out why it was taking 20 minutes to pickup my Rx. I said "don't ask but we are changing your Rx to Walgreens." Jeff then threw a paper down and said " you can just take this over there to get it filled now." I said I can't "I've got CVS Insurance". He said "well that's too bad"..." You can get this filled somewhere else because I can't help you." I was going to try to help you but it's written up wrong. It was the same way as last year and no problem, Dr Green said it wasn't a problem and the 3rd Rx was filled. What is the problem? Do you have amoxicillan, then fill it. He said he would have to call the doctor and that would take some time. Then do it. I'll wait. I still don't have my preventive Rx only the one for after surgery. I will be filling a formal complaint with CVSCaremark. I know they have had problems since David died and I've tried to be patient but they are jeopardizing my health and others who may not feel they can vocalize their concerns to an incompetent power mongering bully. read more
