I stopped by this BP gas station in Clayton, Georgia on the way back to Atlanta from Asheville…read more There are a handful of gas stations on the stretch of Highway 441 that runs through Clayton. This is just one of them. There's a RaceTrac too. This BP is clean, inside and out. The pumps are nice with multiple displays per pump. I used pump #7 and filled up on premium unleaded for $2.619 per gallon, which wasn't a bad price at the time. The convenience store is called Circle M and inside, I noticed the employees wore Clipper Petroleum shirts. Clipper operates the Circle M stores, which used to belong to ExxonMobil (http://clipperpetroleum.com/History). The employees were these sweet little old ladies. The lady who checked us out was named Thelma. We picked up some Slim Jims, Combos, Lance crackers, and an Honest Tea and Dasani bottled water for the road. The store was spacious, clean, and seemed to have a little bit of everything. It wasn't up to QuikTrip standards, but it was sufficient for what we needed. I'd stop here again.

The Clayton Pharmacy store has anything from vitamins and prescription medications to coloring…read morebooks and lip balms. While vacationing in Clayton we stopped in to pick up a few needed items. The store was clean and well organized and the staff were very friendly and helpful. You'll find shelves with various vitamins, medical necessities like over the counter medication. There's a section with canes in wheelchairs. As well as an on-site pharmacist to help you out. You'll also see children's toys, sunglasses, reading glasses, cute southern signs to hand on your wall, knickknacks, souvenirs.. you get the guts. This place has it all... Even and diner which we did not venture into. From what I saw they serve up sodas and sandwiches. The diner was filled when we were walking through. A nice one stop shop in the middle of the lovely small town of Clayton, Georgia. Very convenient with much to offer.

Al is friendly to every single person he serves. Don't worry if you're waiting for the person ahead to finish his or her conversation with Al. He will give you that very same treatment. So far, my interactions with the pharmacy have been just okay. I had a question, she didn't ignore me standing there, she Did answer my question, but it also felt like she wanted to get it over with quickly. Hubby gets his prescriptions filled here. He says they're not friendly. But, hey, at least they fill his scrips correctly, and haven't killed him.
