She proceeded to yell at him, make remarks about his appearance and shoes, then started talking about him to a person she was talking to on the phone. This woman was middle aged, African American and was extremely disrespectful for no major reason. We all have hard days on the job, but I was really stunned at this type of rude behavior. I've been picking up from this location for two years now, and I can confidently say I've probably met the whole staff by now. The pharm techs, pharmacist, and everyone else are always on top of it. They are kind, diligent in helping you out, and they answer the phones here too! This location sees a lot of characters and I've never seen the employees get frustrated, frazzled, or really even phased at all. Their explanations of medications or insurance or refill procedures are always thorough but easy to follow and I have watched the staff work to ensure that customers are understanding what is going on. I moved recently and go a bit out of my way now just because I prefer this specific location's pharmacy. This location is really killing the game, and I hope that the staff is getting the recognition they deserve.

The pharmacy is located upstairs and is quite some room to wait for your prescription. There were plenty of people standing around behind the counter and it seems at some point they watch customers and chose to assist when they feel like it. I have called in my prescription for some ointment which comes in a jar and I told the cashier that it is a fairly large container but she choose to check the the entire cabinet and then came to tell me it is not ready. I told her repeatedly that the it is a jar and then she found it. It is hit and miss here for quality service.
