Their customer service and attention to their customers in the pharmacy is sorely lacking. I will have my prescriptions transferred to a different pharmacy and I will no longer step foot in that store or any CVS store. This includes getting my Covid and flu shots. I arrived around 5:50 p.m. and was initially told two prescriptions would not be ready until the next day because the pharmacy was about to close, despite being told earlier they would be ready on 3/7/26. After the technician spoke with Azza, all prescriptions were suddenly filled. Azza then told me, "Next time do not come when we're about to close to refill prescriptions." When I said the comment felt rude, she raised her voice, told me I was not allowed back, and instructed me to leave. I was rung up at 6:02 p.m., confirming I arrived before closing. Being spoken to this way while picking up medication felt unprofessional for a healthcare setting, and I believe this situation should be reviewed by CVS corporate leadership. I have also submitted a complaint to CVS Pharmacy Customer Relations and the Better Business Bureau so the matter can be reviewed. This review reflects my personal experience as a customer on that date (109 N. Mattis Rd, Champaign, IL 61821- inside Schnucks).
