I had surgery on monday the 23rd. I was going prescribed a medication I was required to start using…read morethat wasn't ready yet but my pain pills were. It took them 2 more days to fill that medication and when I called at 8:30 in the morning to request it delivered was told I would have to pay an additional same day fee but that if I did that could guarantee it would be delivered from 5-8pm. I put my card on file using the link as requested, and at 8:30pm 12 and a half hours later my medicine still wasn't there I called again. Guess what?! It's "still processing" WTF?? It's ready, it's been there a whole day and it's "in process"?? Seriously?! Get me my medicine and stop playing games with people. The attitude I received from both the morning and evening rep was very much "oh well what can you do". There is NO WAY I will be using this Walgreens again when there's a local pharmacy right across the street that has never screwed me like this. They told me "well most times when this happens it shows up the next morning". I needed it two days ago dude... so anyways my face looks like a bowling ball because I don't have my rinse that's supposed to help prevent additional swelling and it's causing additional pain meaning I have to take more of the potentially Addictive pain medication. Same stuff Walgreens is getting sued for now. I swear if my medication isn't here in the morning I'm just gonna keep posting reviews to keep people away from here.

The deli department on an entirety moved slow and was underprepared. I had to wait for them to cut some more meat. The guy cutting the meat took forever and was chatting with another worker. Once my sub was made it did not look like a full sub (a PUBLIX SUB) it was more bread than meat,cheese,lettuce etc.

Their wine selection is better than most other grocery stores. I like how everything is organized so I can easily find it. Best of all, their pharmacy bent over backward when I left a prescription drug at home when traveling. They called my home pharmacy and got the script filled right away. I was so thankful.

I feel like I'm always having to chase it down and call them to get it filled. I always pre-pay so I can just walk in and get my medication. So here is where I am frustrated... Last Friday I called in and verified that they had my prescription. The pharmacist said yes and to give him 30 minutes. I got a text message that the meds were filled and ready to be picked up. Keyword FILLED. You would think like a normal pharmacy that they got your prescription ready with your name on it correct? Wrong. My husband went to grab it on his way home from work because I wouldn't be off before they closed and well, they "sold out" of the meds that were already FILLED to me. I called and asked why and how and the lady said it's a first come, first serve basis on refrigerated medications......... I'm sorry but what?? How do you fill something to someone and then sell it to someone else? She couldn't answer that question. She said they would have a new shipment on Wednesday and to come back. Granted I had already PAID. So yesterday (Wednesday) I went when I got off work and wouldn't ya guess.... They didn't have my meds that were ALREADY PAID for. The guy at the counter said "we sold out about an hour ago." So they sold medications that have already been paid for again. He told me they will have more tomorrow (Thursday) and I told him I had already been around and around with this. I told him I was notified the prior week that it was filled, I paid, and it was sold. Same for today. The guy stated that this shouldn't be happening and that he would fill it as soon as it comes in. That's fine and all but it has already been filled so how will that change!!! They all need to get on the same page with how they handle this because I now have two different answers. Basically they are selling other peoples filled and paid for prescriptions, so beware!!!!!

I could just imagine how much the customers are treated, constantly coming in only to find out their prescriptions is ready but the pharmacist SAM won't process your medication. It was several times I had altercations with just asking simple questions verifying prescriptions with the head pharmacist and the owner nick always is a poor manager and does not run his business well. Last week they closed their drive-thru, due to "short staff". Most inconvenient if someone is incapacitated or elderly. Is this even legal? Even more? They changed their telephone "voice response" system so that you MUST "talk to the robot", instead of using your phone keypad. Again... certain "less-abled" people might find this impossible to negotiate. Again... is this legal? Looking to quit these cretins as soon as I find another pharmacy.
