I was just in CVS to pick up a prescription when I was told I needed to type in my information answer their upsell questions to be able get my prescription. Basically self checkout! Why would anyone want to touch the same screen that the hundreds of other people have not know how many are sick!!! Impressively terrible service. The pharmacist was incredibly rude. Yelled at me. Lied to my MOM! Refused to fill my prescription for 7 HOURS. I just had surgery I went 7 hours without pain meds. I was supposed to be on bed rest but no I had to come in bc after almost 20 phone calls and lie after lie excuse. I was clearly in distressed, still bleeding, pale, hunched over in pain struggling to walk. There is no empathy behind that counter. I simply just wanted to get my prescription and go but no pharmacist wanted to play doctor and choose a different medicine for me other than what was prescribed by a SURGEON. I was a "red flag" bc of my age? Apparently 32 is alarming. Was it so hard for her to realize I was in town visiting family and had a medical emergency! She humiliated me, belittled me and clearly shouted out my personal medical info. Clearly breaking HIPPA. No courtesy, no respect just unprofessional and disrespectful behavior. I was at my worst and had to fight to get 15 pills... at 5 mgs... lol like it ain't that serious lady! Eventually I had to go back and forth with my surgeon AFTER HOURS on a Friday and finally they called the pharmacy and the pharmacist argued with my surgeon over the medications! She could have said from the beginning here are our concerns I don't feel comfortable filling this prescription bc... etc Please get out of healthcare and customer service bc you have the empathy of a Nazi. Why are you fighting with every customer over their meds? Why are you lying? Why are you dragging it out. Disorganized and chaotic. And all the other employees ignored me, wouldn't talk to me, wouldn't help me. Spineless. Just stayed silent in her compliance. If my boss or anyone treated a post op patient like that I'd stick up for someone. Thankfully a very kind stranger saw I was in terrible pain barely able to walk and helped. It should not have been a 7 hour debate back and forth between doctor and pharmacist. Let's see you go in for emergency surgery on vacation and be withheld pain pills. And I never take pain pills! So for her to label me a drug seeker in front of everyone was embarrassing . I've been to plenty funerals for overdoses... this was an emergency. I am able to work with them so that my family gets the full benefits from multiple insurances, each with complicated rules and regulations. My family went through life changes that affected how our insurance covered meds. Their team came up with solutions so I didn't have to make multiple trips for each medication. Incredibly incompetent staff. Mark should not be working here. He has NO IDEA what he is doing. He has been failing to refund my card for over 30 minutes and no progress has been made. I would avoid this location at any cost. They have no clue how to do their jobs. I've been held up here for almost an hour and I don't see an end in sight. DO NOT BRING YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS HERE!!!! I have dropped off prescriptions 2 separate times and both times they lost one of my prescriptions!! About 2 months ago I dropped off 3 prescriptions and the pharmacy tech even read them to me and checked with the pharmacist that she read them right, yet when I picked them up there were only two. The denied ever having a third one then somehow a week and a half later they sent me a text saying my prescription was ready!!!! Yesterday I dropped off 5 prescriptions and only picked up 4!!! Fortunately for me they are not life saving drugs but they could be for you/ so take my advise and go somewhere else. I desperately needed to fill new Rx for pain medication after the extraction of a tooth. Several staff members appeared to be "working" but not a single one of them offered to help me, despite my obvious pain and distress (extraction site was still bleeding!) Customer in front of me was on her phone, as was the pharmacy employee, apparently checking on Rx items for more than just herself. I gave up, and went to Walgreens across the street. I got there at 8:30. I did not have an appointment and was told the soonest I could get in was 1020. But the. Lady that checked me in told me to go ahead and sign up and they would get to me as soon as possible. Friendly pharmacy & punctual for drive through prescriptions. That said, always check you got the correct drugs & even look at the bottle (once I got 10 pills instead of 90 & because it's a "controlled" substance I had to wait until after the weekend for the pharmacist returned to do a "count" before getting my pills). Until proven they made a mistake, I felt they suspected ME of deception for some reason. No apology was ever offered. BELITTLED BELITTLED BELITTLED!!! - Don't go here unless you're looking for some disrespect and condescending customer service. The fact that I downloaded this app just to leave a review of this location says everything you need to know. The pharmacy is disorganized and pharmacy techs have a condescending attitude. After 4 previous visits to other CVS locations in search of the J&J vaccine, I was advised to try this location as they "for sure had the vaccine I was looking for". When I arrived, I walked to the pharmacy section to ask about the one shot vaccine. I was told by a young male pharmacy tech that they "didn't have the J&J vaccine" and that I would need to wear a mask to get the vaccine anyway. I thought fair enough but told him that I didn't have a mask on hand. In Florida the mask mandates have been lifted so I don't always have one on hand anymore - the only reason I decided to get the vaccine was for travel purposes anyway. When I told the pharmacy tech I didn't have a mask he immediately responded with "well you need to get one then don't you". I responded with "do you have any paper masks on stand by?" He was quick to respond "no" in a harsh tone then proceeded to say "but you can purchase one at the front" with the most blank stare on his face. At this point I lost my grip. I said "I don't need you to get pissy with me, I'm a patient needing clarification and your tone is not helping. Is there anywhere I can get the one shot vaccine in this area?" "No." He responded without hesitation. A pharmacist working behind the counter then said "we ran out of the Johnson and Johnson vaccine this weekend and we don't plan on restocking them." Not even 30 seconds later a nurse from the minute clinic 10 feet away overheard the conversation and said "ma'am we have a whole box of J&J, come on in and I'll get you taken care of." I wish I got the pharmacy techs name, There was absolutely NO reason to have such a disrespectful and cold tone with a customer. He didn't know my situation or why I didn't have a mask and to be honest, it's not his business anyway. One simple step to the side to ask another associate about whether they had the vaccine or not would have cleared the situation up, but because I wasn't wearing a mask I was automatically treated as an unwanted patient. The nurse who brought me back to get the vaccine didn't force me to wear a mask. There's a sign on the door that states "masks are RECOMMENDED". She even told me that "now that the Pfizer has been FDA approved all employees are required to get the vaccine and of course, continue wearing masks." I shouldn't have been denied service to get a vaccine because I didn't have a mask on. At the very least, the pharmacy should be keeping paper masks on stand by for patients that come in without a mask in a non mandated state - if Walmart can do it then CVS sure as hell can too. When I was done receiving the vaccine, I sat in the waiting area for 15 minutes. The store supervisor walked over to the nurse I had just been with and said "so we do have J&J vaccines?" The nurse said "yes we do. Please let the pharmacy know so they don't send patients away that are wanting to get that vaccine." I'll be calling tomorrow to get the name of the condescending pharmacy tech that decided to talk down to me. He needs to be demoted if he can't respect customers regardless of the political/health debate in this country right now. We had been visiting Cape Coral for a few days when my daughter started having severe ear pain. I looked at clinics near our rental house and initially chose not to come here due to the reviews. We ended up coming in on July 5th anyway and I'm so glad that we did. The evening prior to our visit, I made the appointment online for 10:50 and received a confirmation email. I got a call when we were driving there at 10:35 from Leah, the nurse practitioner, telling me we could come on back when we got there. I was still a little hesitant about the appointment because of the bad reviews but I figured swimmer's ear is a simple thing, so it should be easily diagnosed and treated regardless of the prior reviews. I cannot say enough good things about Leah. She was kind, thorough, went over medications with us that my daughter had been taking to make sure what she prescribed didn't create any reactions and she took care of all of the check in process and payment so I didn't have to go wait at another counter for that after she was done with her assessment. My daughter's ears were painful to touch and she was careful and patient with her while looking in her ears. She was truly wonderful and I'm so glad we chose to come here. I can't speak for the other provider that works here but call first and see if Leah is available. read more

This CVS location has ZERO customer handling skills. They do not try to help solve problems. They just say, "there's nothing we can do" with a shoulder shrug. If my insurance allowed I would take my sons scripts back to Publix where for 5 years I have never had an issue filling the same script. My 12 year old son has now been with out his medication for 2 days. Please do not use this location. I honestly can not say if it would be better at another CVS. read more

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I just moved to the area a few months ago and didn't have a primary care provider; I went to the Minute Clinic hoping they would be able to give me a refill of my medication until I could get a PCP. I brought my current medication bottle to the appointment with me, she gave me 2 refills (90 day supply to hold me over until my PCP appointment), and filled the prescription wrong! I called the next day, spoke to a different provider who said she couldn't help me. After I used the first bottle, I tried to refill the prescription. When I called in to refill it, I was told i had no refills left.... The provider took my refill away without telling me, and left me with no medication!! I called to ask about it, and spoke with a different provider. I explained the situation, and she belittled me saying I 'wasn't taking care of my health, wasn't a responsible adult, and if I felt really bad to go to the ER, because she wasn't going to help me.' I would NEVER go back here. I feel that the NP took my rights as a patient away, and belittled me. Terrible customer service, and awful healthcare. read more
