Pharmacy service is horrible and rude. I became aggravated because I went for the second time in 4 days to pick up prescriptions that I had called in 6 days earlier and was told that one of them wasn't ready. I asked why. It had no refills and they had to call the MD. when I said it's been 6 days. Why didn't you ask when you called for the other ones she replied, "Mam, if you don't stop hollering at me I am going to report you to the board for inappropriate patient behavior." I said, "I am not hollering. I am asking a question. Do you want to hear hollaring?" There was no apology, no admission of perhaps they missed it or possibly made an error, no offer to deliver it. Nothing. I had been out of some of these meds for 3 days and they are needed. Plus I had my dog in the car and the drive up window was broken. I told her that and instead of offering to bring what she had ready out to me, she said to come in to the photo department to pick them up. My dog is 15 1/2 years old. The temperature outside was 91 degrees and she wants me to leave him in the car. How about meeting me at the door and delivering the remaining med tomorrow? This is the second time I've had a major issue with this pharmacy. I'd say it's the last for me, especially when they are violating their own license by allowing folks to go without their prescription medications. No reason for that. read more

I'll give the Pharmacy Operations Manager an A for honesty but an F for customer service. I'm assuming she is responsible for the pharmacy based on her title, and I would be embarrassed by the google ratings and comments. I recently switched my prescriptions to this pharmacy for convenience, and I had four they needed to fill (my doc screwed up the 5th). It will be 8 visits and a week to get all of them. I was told to come back at specific times and either one or none were ready. A few of the staff were polite and apologetic stating that they were overwhelmed in the new year. The rest could care less. Sounds like a lack of leadership. I finally asked the Pharmacy Operations Manager if it would be like this going forward, she said "probably". She was clearly annoyed with my question even though I asked as politely as I could. I'll take her word for it and find another pharmacy. She should be reminded that customers leave one at a time... A quick stop in here because I've already been to the CVS across the street and there was another need for something from a pharmacy store. Like that other store, this one features personal care, cosmetics, greeting cards, snacks and drinks, over-the-counter medications and a full pharmacy. Check by the back door. They have a clearance rack and I picked up a four pack of beer for $2.50. Bargain! I should have bought two. I work for our nation & get sent to many different countries & see the worst you can possibly see. just to come back home to America & not even be able to pick up my prescription drug after explaining 100 times I don't own an address here. I'm not sure what's happening to our doctors today, but dr. Yesenia, you lack common sense & people like you is the reason us young men that get sent out think twice. You could waste days of your life waiting in line at the pharmacy at this store. Items can take up to a week to fill when there are no stock problems that would prohibit your RX from being filled. You will frequently get communications stating that your RX is ready only to stand in line for over an hour so they can tell you it is not ready and have no real reason or excuse. CVS may be your best bet, other than the challenges getting in and out of the parking lot. This is not sudden, this has been going on for years. What a disgrace. read more

I have been on the same medication for almost 3 years now, and every single month this pharmacy will not fill my prescription!!! I have put it on auto refills and every month for the past 3 years I have had to go in and put a request even though it's something I've been on for 3 YEARS! And even then they don't just fill it, I have to go in and literally tell them I'm not leaving until they fill it. It's in my opinion them discriminating on what they fill because of what my medication is. Well I have been clean for 3 YEARS BECAUSE OF THIS MEDICINE AND THEY MAKE ME STRESS EVERY SINGLE MONTH IF THEY ARE GOING TO FILL IT. I have to wait til I'm completely out every single month and that's straight up unacceptable. I'm over it and feeling discriminated on because of my past and the fact I take a medicine that has kept me clean for 3 years I have gotten my child back FULL TIME, I have got all A's in school and working in an amazing health care job and yet I still feel like they treat me like the addict I was 3 years ago when this is not something that gets me high it is a maintenance medication and they refuse to fill it. Very clean store that's well stocked with helpful staff. I have had tiny issue with the pharmacy not getting or taking forever to get prescriptions I've had called in. Other than that the pharmacists and techs have been helpful and kind. My go to late night pharmacy if Publix is closed or doesn't have the meds I need in stock. read more

I am always greeted by a helpful store associate when I visit this store. Jami is exceptional! As I attempted the photo editing process, Jami stepped up and explained the process, while she assisted with editing and selecting from the 1726 photos on my iPad. In addition, she has a solid working knowledge of the store and products. Jami is patient, courteous and a superb customer service representative for Walgreens. Horrible Customer Service, I got off from work 12:30 rode 45 mins on a bicycle halfway home I saw A guy in a white Corolla or Camry struggling his car had a flat as he tried to change it the jack fell and the tire and jack messed it all up not to mention the car was on the floor and barely had any way to life it after helping this guy get back on his way home, I decide to go in to purchase a Mexican or (Glass Coca Cola) and I say hey to this employee he says hey back halfway down the first Isle He starts walking towards me speaking in a condescending manner that I need to leave my book bag upfront .. if he would have said it in a less Racist and condescending manner I wouldn't have had any problem... I will no longer shop at this Walgreens and most likely any now I will also be telling everyone I know about this situation And urge them to shop elsewhere as well !!!! read more

This is towards the pharmacy. You all need to keep your appointments. My son and I came in at 4:35pm on 12/18/21 checked in for a appointment that was supposed to be at 4:45pm. We were asked to sit down there was only one person ahead of us. So we sat down and waited about 20 min later we were called up and given a clip board to fill out info for my son I handed it in 2 min later by that time other people came in behind us. And were called up and they got taken care of before us. Mind you they checked in close to 30 min after us. I said something to one of the ladies she said we would be taken care of soon and she asked me if my son had checked in already. I told her again that we checked in at 3:35pm for a 4:45 pm appointment. by this time it was 5:25pm and I was supposed to be at another appointment with my wife at 6pm a half a hour from where I was at.
