On January 13th at approximately 5:40 PM, I visited the store to drop off a package for a UPS Access Point. There were two employees working at the front desk at the time. When I asked for assistance with the drop-off instructions, the male employee responded in an unprofessional and dismissive manner, stating that it was my responsibility to know how to drop off a package. Their pharmacy is highly disorganized and if you are on Medicare or mass health and don't dress a certain way or fit a certain dynamic they Will give your medications away to others and when you go pick them up they will accuse you of double dipping and say you already picked them up and start a HUGE production to prove your guilt even if you are innocent every time I go there there's new people with no life experience that make decisions for you I'm looking to get a new pharmacy ASAP!!!!!! But if you're a professional a student a nerd or a certain type they bend over backwards I filed a complaint for accusations of double dipping the pharmacist in charge said " I going to look at the camera" so I guess that was supposed to make me run out of the door!lol! So I waited and she comes over with a still of some "maga" looking person who's I guess was supposed to be my accomplise in this "caper"lol! She said that she's gotta make calls!lol! Then after I reported them they called and said my prescriptions were ready! Lol! I was very civil and humble and I told them I no longer wanted them! Lol! The man at check out could not have been more rude! Coming from out of town I purchased some greeting cards and proceeded to the checkout to put my 2 cards down and he asked me to move them away, so I did and he never greeted me. He never looked me in the eye when I completed my purchase, he said nothing and I said thank you and have a nice day. read more

Absolutely the worst pharmacy . My parents, who are in their late 80s to early 90s got their vaccine shots here. They both bled , they have never bled before with a shot. Also dropped off my prescription and was told it would be ready by a certain time. Showed up later than that time and it wasn't even put in the system yet. Then was told it would be ready in 5 minutes which it wasn't. Was asked to wait by another technician for more time. Why can't they just be realistic about services? Now have to go back again since I had a doctors appointment and couldn't wait for it. This CVS sucks, unfortunately no other place nearby for medication refills read more

I had COVID and flu shots appointment at 6:15 pm. I checked in at 6:00 pm. I finally got the shots at 6:43 pm. Standing in line for 43 minutes. What a terrible and inefficient service. If there is a reservation system, they don't have a right to waste my time. During the wait the rain started, so I had to bike under rain. read more

This particular CVS pharmacy is often out of relevant items. Today was especially frustrating as I had dental surgery and needed to pick up antibiotics and pain killers. They were out of the pain killer but they failed to tell me or my dentist. I picked up the prescription, assuming all meds were in the bag. I had to drive back and ask the pharmacist about the painkillers. She was rude and implied she didn't get the prescription (although she ordered a refill on the painkillers for next week). Her lack of empathy was tough because I was in a lot of pain due to her mistake. read more

The lady working was extremely rude to me. I was having issues with the self check out and was scanning and it kept asking for an associate to help and I didn't know why... she started yelling at me that I was "doing it wrong" and I said there's no signs to tell me so I wasn't sure and that I didn't appreciate her tone... another employee walked over to see what was happening and asked me and I told her. Sunday morning I stopped in to see if I could get an emergency supply of my heart med. Travel from LA and forgot my meds. CVS family found my record and provided me with an emergency supply. Took five minutes and the tech and the pharmacist were both helpful and warm. Thank you for the save. read more

I have had more frustrations dealing with this CVS pharmacy and will be changing over all of my prescriptions to another pharmacy - which is frustrating being such a pain to do so and in a convenient location. They have only made it WAY more difficult to do business with them - from reducing pharmacy hours til 7 PM from 8 PM, NEVER answering the phone anymore and having to either try another time or leave a voicemail that will be returned in several hours which is unacceptable. The most frustrating parts are the constant long lines there and some of the RUDEST pharmacy staff I have ever dealt with!! There is a female pharmacist that is VERY rude and unprofessional - she clearly is overworked, stressed and hates her job!! I have been a long time customer and spent a lot of money in that store and for a lot of medications and should have a lot better service for the amount of business I have given them! They need to look at the staffing and resources and adjust to increase resource rather than decrease which is their trend!! read more

This is probably the worst CVS I've been to, i don't know why i even try anymore to shop here. I go here probably once a month and I think every time I have left without my items because I'm so frustrated by the lack of customer service here. The lady who works at the front always argues with me when the tags are wrong, you are supposed to honor the price posted even if it's old. I asked them once if they copy photos and they were adamant they had no idea what I was talking about, and I found the machine to do it myself. There's not just one but two of the machines there to print photos. We have to do the self check out every time and it never works. Even if there's a huge line of people the workers are just changing the price tags in the back and there's no one at the registers EVER. I have worked for this company for over 8 years and we would never be allowed to do this. Today I went to buy some make up and it's locked, pressed the button several times and no one came after 10 mins, and everyone was just chatting at the front without a care in the world. I would never return this store!!! I bought a shampoo but the cashier take a conditioner to me m. I want to refund it but the cashier attitude is awfully without apology!!! Her attitude is same as her face make customer upset! and then I told her that I want to speak with the manager. The manager attitude even worse. That's the first time I wrote my reviews on yelp. I am really upset and will never return to this store, and will continue to shop at Rite Aid in my neighborhood. I was excited because I received a coupon for free Haagen Daz up to $6.99. It didn't specify whether it had to be a pint or not. I went to the counter with a $6.29 box of bars. No one was at the register. I yelled for someone. The person ahead of me realized after everything was rung in that he had coupons. Finally, they called for another cashier. My coupon didn't work. When the manager was called, she said I couldn't get ice cream bars, although it didn't say that in print. AVOID THIS CVS!!!! read more

Very very poor service! No knowledge about recall service - didn't know how to refund and asked receipt and barcode; denied to search internal data to find the recall info; after telling them to contact upper management started looking the system; cashiers are basically rude and not professional; will never return this store and strongly recommend not to shop this store. read more

Although Louis C.K. (before he was renamed 'disgraced comic Louis C.K!) used to do a bit were he would say that the logo of CVS should be "Sometimes you have no choice but to go into CVS", I actually think that CVS has everything about its business down to a T; from the fact that there's one in every corner (it seems), which of course is the most important aspect of any business 'location - location - location' or 'traffic - traffic - traffic', to the fact that you find most of the stuff you need (although Dollar Tree is probably the master of that), to its loyalty program through its card and finally - but very importantly - to its (apparent) staff training that leads to great customer service. I honestly cannot figure out how they manage to train so many people to provide such great service across the board (of course it's also likely that they simply hire exceptionally nice people). With only one exception that I reviewed previously and which was likely a fluke, the staff at every CVS I've visited (and I've visited quite a few hundreds of times) are always nice, polite and helpful. In any case, I was particularly impressed by the staff at this specific CVS, which I visited on Saturday around 5pm. I interacted with three people and the manager. They were ALL exceptionally nice and helpful and the manager solved my issue immediately with no fuss. I was very impressed by how carefully he cut out the part of the paper coupon I used and gave me back the rest. Also, the in-store announcements were really helpful and if it hadn't been for the particular announcement I heard going in about the 'Forever' stamps, I wouldn't have known to get a pack.
