The Chinese food at the buffet was categorically awful (even for buffet Chinese food), so I moved on to the sandwich counter. After ordering, the counter-girl and I had a difference of opinion. I know it was a lot to ask, but I wanted the sandwich I ordered, and she gave me a different sandwich and wanted me to be happy with that. Otherwise, it's pretty much a Wegmans. I got lost wandering about and admiring the gigantic selection of so very reasonably-priced goods. The organic items in particualr were shockingly affordable; it would basically be cheaper to buy a ton of stuff here and then drive it back to NYC. So we did that.

Apparently, the girl was new and did not know how to enter the card correctly. She finally called for assistance to put the card through. There were 2 cards. The helper put the second card through. When he got home and entered the cards only one read that it was valid. He went back to Wegmans with his receipt to get an exchange or refund and was told that he had to contact Amazon for his refund. They refused to give him his $100.00 back even when the associates involved were still present at the store and were involved with the sale at the time. Conclusion, 2 one hundred dollar cards. One was not entered properly and turns out invalid, but they took his two hundred dollars and refused to give his money back for that invalid card. Buyer beware. And everybody knows that Amazon customer service procedures are hideous.

The pharmacy techs Cori, Michelle, Kiersten has been there for over 10 years and are just awesome as far as customer service. The turnover rate in this place is better than Costco. Average time of an employee at the pharmacy is over 7years. The pharmacy also has a great delivery service with deliveries going out 3 times a day and it's totally free service because Holley Pharmacy cares.
