i have had prescriptions at many cvs pharmacies in the past and have waited so many hours while waiting in store. this store pharmacy has literally overcome that that wait. the staff is so friendly and has welcomed me as a new costumer everytime i walk in. I've been going for quite sometime. definitely recommend! so clean and organized n pleasant to shop! the pharmacist greets you if they have questions quietly while i have had others talk in front of other customers. just a great experience ! Is if possible for upper management to take control of the pharmacy? The staff and certain techs can be highly rude and short with customers and staff. I've watched amazing techs transfer or leave due to this issue as well. I guess we all know why most reviews are 1 star, medicine isn't discretionary and they know it! They will make you do whatever they want because you have no choice. Dropped off prescription 1st of month due to be filled the 15th (was going away for 10 days). Reviewed with pharmacist at that time, tried to pick up the 21st. No prescription, a different pharmacist didn't like where the doctor put the dispense date! After I bitched they filled it. When I ask about being 5 short They insist I got all 30. After screaming match I walked out. When I started with this pharmacy a year ago I had save almost 50 pills, including the last 5 they screwed me out of I'm now down to about 20. Because I take Percocet for vicious RLS I am subject to such ridiculous rules. Just like baby formula there have already been shortages. I cannot go back to having seizures every night for hours and not sleeping. Nobody cares including the Neurologist . TIME TO CHANGE BOTH! read more

Attempted to correct an issue with insurance to which a pharmacy tech told me that's "not her problem" and to figure it out. Never again. I'll take my business elsewhere. I've been dealing with cvs and this stupid pulse oximeter for the last couple of weeks with absolutely no solution. I got very sick with covid and my oncologist wanted me to have a pulse oximeter at home to keep track of my oxygen levels. Obviously I couldn't go out because of the covid so I had one delivered through Instacart. From the minute I removed it from its packaging it didn't work. I called the store and asked if I could return it through Instacart because I'm still quarantined and cannot bring it back myself. They told me no. They said when I wasn't contagious anymore I could bring it back. I said I need one that works NOW...not when I'm all better. The girl on the phone said "you bought a cheap one so you get what you pay for". I was floored. I'm glad cvs admits they sell junk with their brand name on it but how about NOT selling junk so people don't just throw away $50 on something that doesn't work? I'm still shocked that she said this. I'm in complete shock with how I was treated by not 1, but 3 different people at this pharmacy. I'm sitting home with the flu patiently waiting for my medication that I was told yesterday would be done by noon today. I called checking in and they informed me that their truck wouldn't even be there until 3 and no one would have told me noon (which they did) the girl was incredibly rude, I asked to speak to her manager and she said "that won't make the truck come any faster". She did not care in the slightest that their error prevented me from getting much needed medication in a timely manner that I could have gotten elsewhere. When I spoke to the manager, instead of apologizing for the inconvenience they reminded me there's nothing they could do with an in apologetic attitude. They then forwarded me to another manager who said "and what would you like me to do". For a company who is supposed to provide wellness they have absolutely zero customer service skills and empathy. I went to pick up a script that my dr sent over and when I walked in I stood at the counter without being acknowledged for what seemed like forever. Finally the girl behind the counter said be right with you. So I stood and waited when she yelled to me that it would be a few minutes. I was confused because I didn't even tell her my name or what I'm picking up but I had a seat and waited about a half hour. She then begins screaming the name Jennifer and when I don't answer because my name is Alexis she starts screaming ma'am your prescriptions ready and I ask if she's talking to me and she's like yes with an attitude. So I go up and she asks my name and birthday and I tell her. she responds no you're Jennifer. I'm like nooo I'm alexis. She's like no you're Jennifer you dropped off your script 20 mins ago. I'm like no I'm alexis and my dr called in my script earlier. She's still trying to hand me Jennifer's prescription and starts arguing with the other girl saying she knows what Jennifer looked like and I dropped off the script earlier. They look in the computer and see my order and tell me that I can't pick it up because my insurance needs to approve it first. Aggravated that I wasted a half hour because these idiots don't even know which customer is which I walked out to hear her talking shit about how she didn't understand why I even came in to the store when she left me a voice mail (which I didn't check at that point). Maybe they should wait until the customer is out of ear shot before talking shit. Needless to say I am never going back to this pharmacy. read more
