I just went here to fill a prescription for my boyfriend who had JUST gotten out of surgery. Not only did they make me wait for 40 minutes, but they were completely incompetent! The lady behind the counter couldn't answer any of my questions, so each time I finally got her attention and asked her something she would sidle over to another woman, whom I presume was the head pharmacist, and ask her. They would then talk derogatorily about me and my questions and how they should answer it while making surreptitious eye contact in my direction. Please remember that I was maybe ten feet away and could hear EVERYTHING. So unprofessional and unhelpful at a really stressful time. Find another place to get your prescriptions filled. read more

If I could put no stars I would . So today I went to the store and was looking at gel nail polishes that were on sale for $1.99. As I was looking at the polish I opened it to see what color the nail polish was an from all the way down an isle a customer service woman named Val yelled at me stating "hey! That is not okay." She was very rude and disrespectful to me. She was not helpful whatsoever and she accused me of moving tags around the store which I did not do. She was putting up the tags as we were looking and if she misplaced the tag that is on her. She began to call me a liar and continued to watch me walk around the store as if I was stealing . Such a rude customer service act. I wouldn't suggest anyone going here for anything , especially if she is working. I will be going into the store to file a complaint and prove to the manager how disrespectful she was being to a customer who goes to CVS frequently. read more

Got double charged for a prescription. It's been a pain in the ass to get this straightened out. Every time a call, I'm hold for 5-30 minutes. No one even answers the phone to say "can you hold". Horrible customer service. read more

One star for the hours and drive thru pharmacy. I needed pain meds desperately, dropped off my prescription and was told one hour. I was back right at an hour, had to wait behind two other cars for 40 MINUTES before being helped. When I got to the window, they had forgotten to fill my prescription and I had to go without until the next day due to having kids and a new baby at home to care for. My new job has had me going to CVS for about a year now because of its discount with my Insurance. And I really love that store. At first it was a little rough with the line for the pharmacy until I figured out that Monday and Tuesday are the busiest days. Go there on a Wednesday and Thursday and there is No line ever. There in store prices are comparable with Albertsons and more expensive then Walmart. But every other week stuff goes on buy 1 get 1 free sales which is amazing.!! read more

Customer service here is almost always poor. Expect to wait in line for a while at the pharmacy, no matter the time of day. Staff are generally unhelpful, when you can find someone. Line to checkout always long as well. BUT they have a good selection of everything, usually in stock, which is why I shop there. A-OK sums it up nicely. read more

One star! If I could give no star I would. This morning cvs customer service representative was so rude to me that I still can't get over and go on with my day. He was short, talked down to me and I felt scolded for not picking up my prescription last time they filled it in for me. He also without any kind of warning put me on hold and I was simply wondering what was going on. 5 minutes later I called again and asked for a manager and another lady on the phone gave me the same kind of arrogant attitude. CVS employees don't care about our complaints because there must be no consequences for their rudeness. They clearly aren't worried about losing their jobs. So I doubt that complaining to a manager would help. Also they ask you when it's good for you to pick it up, I say in 30 minutes and when I come they make me wait another 40 mins as it's still not ready. What a waste of my time! I and my entire family are going to permanently fill my prescriptions at another pharmacy with a better customer service! read more

I'd give it zero stars if I could... They delayed my prescription twice, before canceling it completely... An automatic refill mind you, so they knew it was needed and when it was needed... They let me know the day I needed it, that it was going to be delayed by three days... Then the day it was supposed to be ready I went to pick it up, they told me it was delayed another day, but hadn't bothered to call to let me know. So I called to check on it the next day, and they just said "Sorry, we can't get that for you anymore." So now I'm late with starting my medications this month. Thank God Walgreens pharmacy has a shipping option, and I can go back to using them. I would NOT recommend this CVS pharmacy. No one was friendly, and no one even attempted to solve my issue. read more

My daughter has used CVS for over a decade and last night she ended up in the ER with pneumonia and a broken rib from coughing and she is 8 months pregnant. She was given a prescription for an antibiotic and a low dose pain relief. I have many times picked up prescriptions for her so did not see any problems. The pharmacist on duty was Katelyn. She was SO RUDE right when we came in at 3:30 in the morning. NO one else was there but it was most apparent she hates her job and humanity in general. My daughter was in considerable pain when she broke her rib and had forgot her purse with her ID. I had mine but she refused to fill the order and made me drive clear out of town to get her ID and mine even though she had 3 ER bracelets on with all her paperwork and my signature on file previously. She claimed it was a new law but I learned if my daughter had stayed in the car she would have gotten the prescription as many people are unable to actually walk in the pharmacy and get their medications. She was horrible at customer service I cant believe she chose the medical field because she clearly does not care for people. I had also had ovarian cancer and surgery 2 weeks ago so this was unbelievable to me that she was so rude to the only customers in the store. It was apparent when we came into the store she wanted nothing to do with us and we were just an annoyance. Her mood was venomous, like in a movie when they throw holy water on the demon and it hisses and spits. I was told to talk to the manager at 8:00 tonight but not surprising I have been on hold for 30 minutes so I think Kaytlyn must be on shift and recognized the information, I am guessing the manager is not in to discuss her attitude. Even if the rules had changed that drastically -her deameanor was abhorent, shes probably going to end up on Snapped or Dateline. So if you have an emergency in the middle of the night-seriously just wait till another pharmacy is open, unless you want to meet the devil.... read more

The outside of this place is strewn with trash - it does not exactly make me think they care about our health. Their trees and shrubs are dying from lack of care. I talked with the store manager, Kurt Gummer, about this last year, and he assured me they would clean it up. But it's even worse. I recommend shopping elsewhere. read more

Unless you enjoy drama then I would stay away from this pharmacy. I have been a client of this pharmacy for 10 years and I had to give up. In theory it should be a great pharmacy given all of the resources it has along with a brand new store and a drive thru. However, all of these conveniences are negated due to their poor management which ends up making the employees unhappy which in turn creates terrible customer service. I don't even necessarily blame the grumpy employees for the utter failure of this store, I blame the pharmacy policies and management. I now drive clear across town to Rosauers which is much further for me because they bend over backwards to help you and even find the coupons online to save me hundreds of dollars when I had to pay cash for my Rx. This store has the worst customer service especially the pharmacy of any store that I have ever visited. Today mark the second time I have had to visit this store. There were 6 people standing behind the counter with 1 working the cash register. There is a drive up which if someone did drive up they would wait on. Meantime there were 8 yes 8 people in line. do you think that they would have the second register open, well that is what a normal, intelligent person who cared about the customers would do. Not this storeAs I mentioned this is the second visit to this store. The first I waited for 45 minutes and after going back to the counter, all the while I was sitting there, they told me they didnt have the medication I needed. Allthe while they could have told me that in 5 minutes. Today I had called in a prescription. when i visited the drive up they told me that they forgot to enter it and they would do so immediately. I came back into the sote 1/2 hour later stood in line for 15 minutes behind the 7 other in fromt of me. When it was my turn they said oh they forgot to do it but if I waited another 115 mintues they would get on it. The manager of this store should be fired. It is clear that CVS doesnt care. Look at the ratings this place has..1 1/2 stars out of 5. Really and the manager clearly doesnt care. Find another pharmacy. read more

It shouldn't be this difficult to have a prescription filled. Yesterday at 1pm a doctor phoned in a prescription for my husband, eye drops. At 3 pm I visited CVS, stood in the "Pick Up" line for 15 minutes only to be told that the order was not in their system and that I would need to go stand in the "Drop Off" line to inquire. While waiting in the Drop Off line, I made a call to the doctor to confirm that the Rx had in fact been called in to CVS. When I made it to the front of the Drop Off line, I was again told that the order was not in their system. I insisted to the pharmacy tech that the doctor had confirmed it was phoned in. She continued to search on a computer, consulted with a few other techs...ten minutes later said that they found the order, but they were out of the eye drop product, except in a smaller size, brand name. I said a smaller size at $50 would be fine because my husband was leaving the country in the morning and had to have the drops to take with him. She asked if I could come back in an hour and simply use the drive-thru line. Okeedokee. Lunch hour wasted. I returned at 6pm. Three cars already in the drive-thru, but I decided it was likely shorter than the lines I'd experienced inside the store. When it was finally my turn at the window, I was told, "Sorry, we are all out of this product, so you can either wait for us to get some in or go to another pharmacy." I explained that I had been told a few hours earlier that they DID have the product in a smaller size and I told the previous tech that I would be willing to pay extra for a brand name. The drive-thru tech replied, "Well we really have no way of knowing what you told someone else here." Seriously? No way to make notations on the computer system, for instance in the same place where you would note when a customer is allergic to something? To her credit, she did finally go fill the Rx and thanked me for my patience. Total wait time over two visits: 90 min. read more

Won't go again for a prescription-ever! And that means I won't be going to the store again either. My provider called in a Rx so my daughter could get a double root canal with medication. I called to make sure it would be ready in advance of my arrival, because she needed to take it an hour in advance of the procedure and I sat on the phone waiting for 12 minutes to talk to someone before I gave up on that action. Then I arrived and waited in line to pick it up, only to find that she wasn't in the system yet because they hadn't even input the order, let alone processed the Rx. So I went over and wait again just to get to the front of the drop-off line and the person looked for the paper and pulled it out of a stack of 15 or so and says," here it is, I haven't even gotten to it." She tells me it will be 15 minutes to fill it, and so 20 minutes later I go up and she says it is next in queue. Well, 10 minutes later, after watching the pharmacist and his assistant gabbing and wandering around and she drinking her soda, etc. I finally said something like, "My daughter needs this for a root canal in (now) 40 minutes, so lets have it!" In the end, I was there 35 minutes to get 2 pills. I expressed my frustration to the cashier and she just sort of just looked at me and said, " Well, this is the most we can do" to which I said, "well, maybe you need more help!" I expressed my frustration to my provider and she said she too had left a message after waiting a long time and then had called back and gone through the waiting again just to talk to someone to let them know that it was going to need to be filled. After seeing all these other one star reviews I'll just call the manager--this kind of customer service is ridiculous. read more

The mental defective behind the cash register/computer proofed me when I purchased a bottle of wine, and it was obvious to anyone but a moron that I was well over the age of majority. She said it was state law to ask for one's driver's license. It ISN'T true when it's apparent to even Stevie Wonder that I am almost 70 years of age for God's sake! That's what you get when you hire a millennial who hasn't got two brain cells to rub together, and lacks the common sense to go with it. I called the pharmacy to see if they had an over the counter cold relief I had a box of because I was almost out. It was the cvs brand but was generic for thera flu. I told her what the box said and she told me they took thera flu of the market so they would not have that at their store. I asked if they had anything for colds that u put in hot water and she put me on hold....I could hear her talking to another women. When she got back on the phone she said the best thing I could do was drink herbal tea. The next day I went to cvs and there it was! she never even checked the shelves for me made an assumption and was rude. I would not use this pharmacy ever. read more

Worst 3rd shift pharmacist ever!!!!!!(Will) I have chronic pancreantitis and the 3rd shift joke says "They don't fill meds until 7am (even though its 24hr) because its policy not to fill post dated scripts." So why be open for people who pick up meds before work at night and need them to work? As soon as he saw one of the meds was a painkiller (ultram) he said no to all my rx's. Long and short is they are 24 hours if he thinks the Rx is suitable. Iam typing this from the ER because I couldnt control my vommiting at work. Thanks Will!!!!!! Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service!!! After I stood there for 15 minutes being ignored by the drop off attendant, she refused to fill my boyfriend's prescription because it was for pain medication, and I apparently couldn't pick it up. He was not able to walk after his surgery, and he needed me to pick it up for him. I drove across the street to Safeway and they filled it in 20 minutes.They need to take a look at the law. Just because I'm young does not mean that I will abuse pain medication. I WILL NEVER GO TO CVS AGAIN. read more

I may as well add another bad review and help people steer clear of this pharmacy. The pharmacy staff are the least competent, least efficient, and rudest that I have ever experienced. I've been filling prescriptions for myself and young children for the 3 years I've been here, but I am finally fed up and switching pharmacies. Every time I go, it takes a minimum of 30 minutes to fill the prescription. Even when the doctor's office calls it in or I try to call it in first, it is never ready when you go to the store. They will tell you it will take 15 min to fill, but it will be much longer. Yesterday, they managed to lose my prescription after the doctor called it in and I asked at the drop-off counter. It took over an hour to fill an antibiotic prescription. When I asked to talk to the manager, it was going to take another 10-15 minutes to get that chance. Beyond the slow service, I've had automatic notifications texted to me saying that prescriptions are ready only to find they have been discarded when I get to the store. Twice, they have given me the wrong medication. Ridiculous. Let's face it, working at a pharmacy is not rocket-science, I don't know how it's possible to find such incompetent staff. Go to any other pharmacy, but not this one. read more
