Service at this pharmacy has been poor for several years now, and has not improved much in 2022…read more Staff are very slow and do not display good knowledge of anything. They forget things, enter incorrect orders, do not ask the right questions, and all other problems exist. If you go through the drive thru chances are you will be made to wait 10 minutes even after you reach the window as the staff inside are confused as to who they should service first. Staff do not pick up phones and there is usually a long wait. Overall very unsatisfactory in comparison to Walmart pharmacy or other pharmacies where the staff are much more alert and attentive. Only silver lining is the location of the store at the main intersection is good and all meds are generally available.

Not as giant as some other competitors, but Pilot Travel center provides all the items a traveler…read morecould need on their travels for a road trip. Everything from food to gas to gifts are covered here with a fairly nice selection for everything. This is particularly true of coffee and other beverage options which cover everything from frozen drinks to an impressive amount of flavored coffees. For goods like chips, soda, beef jerky, etc. there's also a better than average selection at fairly reasonable prices. I also like how the gas pumps were pretty good here and there was plenty of spacing between each station. With several options for filling up gas off the highway, the size and setup of this Travel Center makes it one of my preferred options.

We got gas and one of our friends got some beer in the convenience store. There is also a Taco Bell and a video arcade attached to this Pilot Travel Center. They had New Glarus beer, which is a Wisconsin specialty. Pilot Travel Center has everything I need from a travel center and comes highly recommended!

Super odd when I've bought these at this location before, but whatever I guess ... so I bought the same item but in a different flavor which oddly WAS in the system. I asked why they couldn't just sell me the other flavor since it's the same price and they said they aren't allowed. Okay ... fine I guess ... so take it off the shelf. Which is why I suggested "hey, you guys should take that off the shelf then, there's a whole row of it" the lady clerks response was "AS I SAID, we aren't allowed to touch it so we can't take it off the shelf" her attitude is why I'm writing this review. Why am I being treated like shit cuz of your lack of common sense? As I walked out they laughed at me ... huh ? Unreal.

They have a seasonal area at the top of the stairs; during Christmas, you guessed it--decorations and trees. January? These people are geniuses.... WORK OUT ATTIRE. And whoever creates the display layout actually takes their time and makes it look nice. (This is exactly why I find this location the most appealing of all Goodwill locations I've gone to.) Also, the folks that work here... are actually nice and friendly. I'll definitely come here on my scavenger hunt for... whatever it is I'm scavenging for. Lol

Within the last year or…read moreso, they may a huge change that has seriously affected my desire to drop in whenever I drive by it. I used to visit once a week and now I dread going in there at all. Why? THE SMELL! For some reason, management decided that the store MUST smell like an over zealous teenage boy who loves his extremely overpowering cologne. You know the guy. You can taste the acrid air that surrounds him. Your eyes burn when you walk by him. The pungent miasma of cheap perfume sticks inside your nose for hours. All f the Goodwill stores in Rockford have become THAT guy. I feel sorry for the employees that have to work all day in the chemical s**tstorm all day. When I got home from my last visit, I had to take a shower to get that awful smell off my body. I had to put the item I purchased outside for days until the smell dissipated. Note to management, please, please, please stop using those automatic air poisoners. Many people are extremely sensitive to those smells and are avoiding the store because of that.
