I do not own a vehicle and I have purchased several needed items at different times...yet, due to am incident that occurred recently and a complaint by another customer to the sheriffs I have been yelled at and told that my behavior has been inappropriate and the on the day the sheriffs were called I had to be removed by them... Truly, I am concerned how another customer's complaint can truly be factual enough to permanently ban me from a convention store that I have never once threatened, stolen from, or even disrespected anyone...including the sheriffs and the local social Worker that watched me walk off the premises ti eat the sandwich I purchased because the clerk didn't know how to make a wrap and the other clerks say, that "they do not do refunds" even if the price on the shelf is less than the receipt that I was given... Please understand, I don't understand...perhaps FOIA AND ATTORNEY GENERAL AND CAMERAS ON THE FACILITIES CAN TRULY HELP ME UNDERSRAND "Witch?" ????****"The Customer IS ALWAYS RIGHT?****... The sandwich was outstanding - best thing I ate all week. The employees were also very friendly and helpful. They do have tables inside to sit at while eating.

The staff even warn you when you come in first issue was getting 2 cups bc they often break if you have them to long. She always has something to say when I come in. I used the water to clean out my tumbler, she comes right up to me and says I used to much water. I left immediately. Something needs to be done.

When someone finally did approach me and I asked for a specific product I'd gotten at an Ulta elsewhere she said they did not have them. Then she looked it up and said they didn't have them. I asked where the solid block brush cleaner was and she pointed me to it and there, right next to it was the product I'd asked for (the color changer for your eyeshadow brushes). Upon checkout I wasn't asked if I was using my Ulta card or my phone number I had to give it to her. Not normally my experience with Ulta.

A few weeks ago, one of the employees walked past me just as I walked in, and shouted "I gotta quit this fuckin' job!" I always try to be friendly and pleasant with people, but for this place, I have officially given up. To be fair, this is a poor-ish neighborhood, and our society is going to hell. My sympathy goes out to management, if this is the kind of walking sewage that they have to choose from. I don't think I'll be going there again.

I was purchasing a lot of groceries and was given assistance by the bagger to put the items on the counter. I told the bagger that there were a couple of items that I did not want. She went through the items in the cart and pulled the two unwanted items out. She put them on the counter! I asked what she was doing as she was getting them because they were unwanted items. I guess, that happened because she was so busy speaking with the cashier. She took the items and went to restock the items. On the way out, I checked the receipt. I ended up getting $5 plus some change back!
