Afterwards I hung up because I was getting frustrated, as a customer I dislike feeling like I am inconveniencing someone who gets paid to work at a store.

me and my friend are teenagers, and we were just coming in to buy candy and soda. we weren't…read morebothering anyone, yet 2 separate employees were rude to us. one of them told us to stop bouncing the ball my friend had, that she wasn't bouncing, and then implied it was a repeat offense even though we had just walked in the door and had never been to the location before in our lives. another employee spoke to us like we we're stupid. we went to self checkout because we didn't really want to have to talk to the other lady who was rude to us earlier, but when we got there, i scanned our first item and put it in the bagging area. for some reason the scanner didn't put it in the system, even though it made the scanning noise and everything, so the machine started tweaking out at us to not put unscanned items in the bagging area even though I SCANNED IT. after this is started loudly telling us to get an employee, so the second rude person came over and acted like we were literal idiots. i don't think it was our fault, but even if it it was the response was not necessary. then the lady started obnoxiously explaining what a bottle deposit was even though we didn't ask and already knew what it was.

I spoke with the pharmacist who said he couldn't expedite my prescription because "he had to get pain meds for a patient that may die!" Really?? Let's make some more drastic excuses shall we? Other pharmacist's have had this med prepared multiple times in 10 minutes or less!! The medication's are already prepackaged and you literally just have to put them in a labeled bottle. Then the cashier even offered the person next to me in line if she wanted to wait 10minutes, for her prescription, while I had to wait an hour?? Another customer was already waiting for 45 minutes & still was when I left!! They are short staffed, then the pharmacist, who was the only pharmacist there, takes off to show a woman where supplies are located down multiple aisles, wasting even more time. Very poor time management, a pharmacy technician could have easily done that task instead. Poor delegation, lack of organization, and pretty much lying straight to my face! I would not recommend this CVS Pharmacy to anyone! The only reason I come here is because it's near my house. After this I'd rather go the extra 10 minutes so I don't have to wait an hour for a prescription that can be filled in 5 minutes! The whole entire time the pharmacist just kept making excuses as to why it could not be filled any quicker (after he admitted, it only took five minutes to fill the prescription.) things would probably run smoother and go quicker if the pharmacist actually did his job and stopped making excuses. To top it off, when my Prescription was finally ready, he made me get in the back of the line where 5 people just came after I did and had been there for an hour! This was my worst experience ever! When you're waiting for a medication for over an hour, you're supposed to get called to the front of the line so you can cash out. Not waiting in line even longer! I think it's time for this pharmacist to retire, or higher some more staff or pharmacy technicians to actually do their job!
