My healthcare provider sent a prescription here yesterday. I actually had 2 prescriptions: the serious one I sent to Walgreens in Coral Gables and I sent this other one here because it's close to my job. Worst decision ever. Picked up yesterday after work the one on Coral Gables with no problem. Went today to this one during my lunch break and the older lady in the pharmacy counter, wearing glasses, not speaking English first says I picked it up - incorrect. Then, says they don't have it - incorrect because I received an email from Walgreens that they were processing. Then, says "I don't have refills" - it's a one time script. After 10 minutes I just left and emailed my provider that I'm not taking it because these morons can't fill something so simple. Don't use this pharmacy, across the street is a Publix. Go there!

Most companies mentioned a days long turnaround time for PCR test results, and those offering a quick result were only offering antigen tests, which is different than PCR. Though the cost of the test here wasn't cheap ($200) I had the results in 15 minutes as advertised, and since I needed the results that same day it was worth the cost IMO. Staff were friendly and seemed to be observing extreme safety measures in the face of Covid - Customers were required to wait outside and a staff member would be out to help them, staff members were wearing gloves, gowns, masks and face shields, etc.

A refill was taking longer than usual - I got on the phone with a pharmacist who explained it was out of stock nearby & I'd have it soon, but then also told me I should consider putting my dog down because the medication was expensive. I was confused because the medication was usually $60, I had pet insurance, and also that's my business?? I finally get the medication and it's 5x the price, $300. They insisted it was the right medicine though, & as I really needed it since it was already days behind, I purchased it. IT WAS THE WRONG MEDICINE, TEN TIMES THE DOSE MY DOG NEEDED, SHE COULD'VE OVERDOSED AND SHE DID HAVE A SERIOUS ISSUE BECAUSE OF THIS. The pharmacist who said I should put my dog down inputted an extra zero when ordering the prescription (so instead of 10x it was 100x). When I went to ask them to fix this, I also asked to speak to who I spoke to over the phone & they refused to bring him out or tell me who it was. I then had to drive across town to another Walgreens to get the medication. I also found out I could've had it days sooner had the pharmacist read the prescription correctly & directed me to this second location. It's been a year and I've never gone back for ANY medication - not mine or any family members because their lack of professionalism and empathy was beyond me.
