And that's every time it is open. There is no quick in and out. Plan on waiting 30 minutes or so just to pick up your Rx. And each customer takes several minutes since the pharmacy tech is slow as can be and disorganized. They have no pride in their work. This is not a one time occurrence but many times. Unfortunately, with my insurance I need to use this pharmacy. On top of that, prescriptions take more than a day to fill. They don't answer the phone. If they do call you back, they will promise one time and just flat out lie every time. Jonathan Phillips who "manages" the pharmacy should be embarrassed this is the ship he captains. And the store management also should be embarrassed. Besides the pharmacy, the prices for most things are 2-3x that of Harris Teeter up the street. Pick somewhere else, hopefully your insurance allows it.

Never have I come here and the store is poorly stocked or not well-organized. This Harris Teeter also offers a huge selection of nutritional supplements and unique household items that you would have to go elsewhere to find such as a local Target, Walmart or Vitamin Shoppe store.... All under one roof! The deli, bakery and hot food bar sections are quite impressive with lots of items and goods to choose from. There are weekly meal and lunch deals offered as well....all starting around $5 bucks! But, to my surprise...one of the highlights that stood out the most is that this place conveniently has a full bar upstairs! There is a modern bar and wine shop upstairs with both offering a great selection of libation and beverages to purchase. It offers weekly happy hour specials and every day $3 dollar pints. I mean, who knew!? How many grocery stores that you patron can you say have a bar or this type of offering? In all, this Harris Teeter store location is quite impressive. The sales are great, staff are helpful and there's convenient parking on the premises of the store. The only downside I would say about this store is that the layout can be a bit overwhelming to navigate. The store is very well organized, but you do feel like you're in a bit of a maze with so many aisles to maneuver in order to find items. And God forbid., you forgot one item once you're at the cashier checkout -- that's located in the back of the store..... You will definitely have bit of a stretch to go back and get the item given the size of the store! Lol. Nevertheless, no big deal for me. This store gets two thumbs up and one of my favorites in this area. Definitely worth a trip and visit!

However, their hot bar and Asian bar are elusive. Never available! It is frustrating. Came several times and finally got the cryptic answer from a kind staff (which could have been posted): week days only 11-1 and 5-7. Weekends are hit or miss, seems to be only 11-1 (and somehow not today, Saturday right after Thanksgiving). A supermarket's hot bar should be open the entire time!

First the cashier was super friendly and very helpful. For my main purchase, I wanted to buy a pair of cheap ear buds. The cashier provided me with plenty of options that included ways to save quite a bit of money on the ear buds. Basically, the ear buds pretty much ended being friend with his coupon recommendations. Overall, the store had a nice layout that is similar to other CVS Pharmacies. This particular store was well organized and pretty clean.

CVS let down their community today…read more We had a snowstorm (not that bad-cars and plow trucks on the roads and we had a weeks notice) and they are closed. This is an essential business. People were not able to get essential items like medication, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. Why is it that Mom's Grocery Store, Chipotle, O'Sullivan's, Liberty Tavern, and coffee shops (Northside Social, Starbucks) could come to work today, but CVS couldn't manage? Not only were these other businesses open, but their employees were out shoveling the sidewalks. What soft times we live in. Not showing up to work to sell basic necessities puts the community at risk and is shameful. I will be supporting those business who decided to show up for their community and will not be shopping at CVS.

However, people can come through or out of the street into the garage in about 4 different ways so it can be a little tight around the entrance of the garage. Their cart escalator doesn't work at the moment so you have to go with your cart on the elevator but that's not too bad. They have a Starbucks with a big cafe area with chairs if you have some work to do or would like to enjoy a cup of coffee before starting your grocery hunt! They also have some outdoor seating and have both cashiers and self checkout-- the self checkout line does tend to have somewhat long lines anytime I go though.
