I trepidatiously journeyed to CVS over lunch to pick up a prescription, expecting a long drive-thru line that would result in a lengthy wait. I was happily surprised that, while the line was indeed long, the wait wasn't. The service was friendly and efficient and I will definitely go back at lunchtime. Tried calling the pharmacy Had a simple question for the pharmacist Got the Phone robot spent 3 minutes trying to enter my birthdate and they got it wrong every time. Then the robot sent me a link on my phone to go to a website to register my phone # so the pharmacist could call me back when they have time. Tried registering on the webisite...failed. Called # again - got the same robot phone run around... I just needed to ask the pharmacist a simple question. As it turns out their first line of defense (phone robot) is better at keeping people away from their quarterback (Pharmacist) than the defensive line at the super bowl was... I am still shaken writing this review because of how deeply hurtful this experience was for me and my family. I went to the CVS Pharmacy on Galaxy to pick up a prescription for my three-year-old daughter after she had been sick and seen by her doctor. My husband, my 12-year-old daughter, and my three-year-old were all in the car with me. We used the drive-thru, expecting a normal, respectful experience especially considering this involved a sick child. The visit began with confusion when a staff member mistakenly started creating a pharmacy profile for me as a three-year-old, even though I have used this CVS many times. After realizing the error, I was told it would take about 15 minutes to prepare my daughter's medication, so I remained at the drive-thru waiting, as is commonly allowed or politely redirected if needed. What happened next was heartbreaking. The pharmacist, Michael, came outside and yelled at my window, shouting "MOVE." There was no courtesy, no explanation, no respectful request just yelling. I was stunned. I had done nothing wrong, yet I was spoken to as if I were a nobody, as if my family and I were nothing. Being screamed at in front of my husband and children was humiliating. My three-year-old immediately became frightened and started crying. Watching my child cry because an adult chose to yell instead of speak kindly is something I will never forget. That moment made me feel small, embarrassed, and deeply disrespected. There are cameras at the drive-thru, and I truly hope they are reviewed, because no one should ever be treated this way especially a mother picking up medication for a sick child. If Michael needed me to pull over, all it would have taken was a simple, respectful request. Kindness costs nothing. I am sharing this experience not out of anger, but out of pain. I want management to understand the emotional impact this had on my family, and I hope this review prevents another parent or child from ever experiencing the same treatment. No customer deserves to be yelled at, and no child should have to witness their parent being disrespected in such a way. read more

Although most of pharmacy staff are kind , a woman who I think may of been the store manager came by the self serve . I had a coupon the machine didn't recognized I placed in deposit when it asked so I turned light for help . She did come right a way no wait . I told her what happened and the coupon took it off but didn't recognize I placed in the slot . I told her I had a separate coupon I intended to use . She fixed the problem so I could insert the 2nd coupon but before I could pay she proceeded to dismantle the drawer and sift through the coupons to see it indeed was there . It was humiliating . I told her I'm not going to rip off 5.00 .. Then she said it never took it and I must of previously used it on the app . I said no I didn't d/l and I thought it had already taken it off . So if I can't use it I don't want to purchase this and you can my other coupon for 4.00 off since it will expire in a day or so . As I was abt to leave she said it did take it . So I said ok , she was visibly upset and sighed and walked away She seemed rather frustrated with me . Had she just left things alone I could have checked out after she fixed the issue with the coupon insert at self check out . But stepping in front of me opening it up the self check out drawer and giving me incorrect info , I wasn't able too check out . So sorry this ruined your Monday , but no reason to get upset with me . Maybe you should trust I had coupon placed in there as I said none of this would have happened . I didn't have any negative feelings as I know machines often malfunction and wasn't in a hurry as I sat another 15min in my car to post this but when she pulled out drawer and interrupting my check out was discouraging . The store manager and pharmacy staff, especially one by the name of Asmir, have been extraordinarily rude. Yelling, insulting and being incredibly condescending. The store manager and pharmacy manager did nothing to help the matter. They clearly don't have the balls to handle their own staff. This pharmacy is awful. They make constant errors on our prescriptions, and are incapable of handling anything more complicated than the bare minimum expectations. I don't recommend anyone go here. CVS needs to get this location under control. read more

The pharmacy at this location has really gone downhill. The last two prescriptions I refilled each took two business days to fill. In each case the drugs were for confirmed RSV called in by Urgent Care or the doctor themselves. No urgency. They DO NOT answer the pharmacy line at this store. I'm sure there's one attitude problem that's poisoned the entire crew. Increasing the operating hours of the pharmacy appears to have caused a mini protest. Time to go elsewhere. read more

Was in urgent care for my partner, he was prescribed a med urgently. It was 7pm by the time we left urgent care, so CVS was our go to since they are open later and accepts most insurances. Unfortunately, we spent over an hour on hold waiting for the pharmacy to pick up the phone. I even called the front of store and was told they were checking on it for me but then was hung up on. Then proceeded to call again and finally got through but by the time they picked up was told there was nothing they could do to help us. Here we are 3 hours later and he still doesn't have this medication. I will never go to this CVS again. read more

I received a text that they did not have the (relatively common) Rx I was prescribed. When I called CVS the recording said it would be ordered and arrive in 2 business days. The day before my procedure - 6 days later - I still hadn't received a text or update so I called. I had to get through a bunch of recordings, then on a long hold before I finally talked to the pharmacy. She said they still did not have the medication and I could try their Eagan store. WHY did they not do this immediately if they did not have it? Why aren't they checking with their own stores if they don't have a medication? When I asked for that number she hung up in the middle of my sentence. Very poor process and rude person. I had my doctor call the RX to Walgreens instead. Every time I come here they never have my insurance on file. I get quoted a different price and the staff is rude. Will be going to Hy-Vee.

I set up an appointment online for a Covid antibody for 11:40 Nov. 16th, 2021 and was told when I got there that they had no record of my appointment yet I did have with me a confirmation code received from CVS online and a confirmation email received by me this morning. The person helping me said that some of the appointments do not get all the way through on the system for confirmation of the appointment with the CVS person doing the testing. I called the national CVS person and explained the problem that there is a glitch in their system a need to include a prompt online telling people to go to the next page to answer a few more of their questions. In my phone call I I was then forwarded to their complaint line and then disconnected. CVS needs to fix this and stop wasting people's time trying to be seen at their site(s). read more

Very friendly staff in the pharmacy! Pharmacists are great and give wonderful recommendations for OTC meds as well, and the techs are always happy to help! The only downside is the pharmacy is usually quite busy so you may have to wait for a few minutes. read more

The pharmacist named Jared at the store is an abusive egotistical person. He is totally unprofessional. I find it hard to believe that he is a pharmacist. I am 65 years old and came in from the urgent care desperately in need of medication. There was a small issue with the medication having been sent to a different location initially, and Jared started lecturing me on how the pharmacist can do whatever he wants and that he doesn't have to fill my prescription if he doesn't want to and so on. I was absolutely mortified. He told me I better be quiet if I wanted him to fill my prescription. I would've left but I was desperate. Don't go to this pharmacy unless you're ready for abuse. It's disgusting. If CVS can't get a professional pharmacist then they should close the pharmacy before they lose more customers. The store and other staff are great. It's just this one Pharmacist Jared. I definitely wouldn't let him fill a prescription!! Scary. read more

This place is horrible. Waited 2.5 hours for the minute clinic. The estimated time was 50 minutes. Then, when it was my turn, the doctor decided to shut the door. With SEVERAL people in line. Come on. She took 2 breaks before that, including a lunch. The pharmacy never has perceptions ready to go. Always a long wait as well. Horrible system. These people could care less about the ill. read more

Has lost my business over $13.95 They make a mistake filling the wrong dosage of medicine and will not give me credit for the correct prescription, which they also had prior to sending me with the wrong one. read more

Careful these guys probably do generic prescriptions cheap but they astronomically mark up other prescriptions.

Do yourself a favor and choose a different pharmacy. No one here knows what the hell is going on. I asked for six months if my account had the prior authorization that was needed for my medication - every time their answer was yes. 6 months and $2,000 later I find out they never had the authorization. If not an emergency and if your insurance covers other pharmacies. I do not recommend the CVS location. On auto fill they're not filling what I need. Filling medication I no longer take. And not filling what I actually do take. They also have miss read the quantities of pill I were to receive for a month. I checked with my doctor about the amount. They were wrong. Instead of 90 for one month. They split it into 3 months. Only giving me 30 tablets for one month. I've gotten home after picking them up. Only to find out what I needed was not there. I should of checked before leaving too. I get text messages my medication is ready for pick up. I wait in line just to have them say. That they don't have anything for me. But I got a text telling me it's here. You hear sorry a lot there. Or come back tomorrow or come back in 10 minutes. Extremely frustrating. And drive through picks ups are slow most of the time. But there is a limit in slowness that acceptable I've gone to other CVS stores in different areas and have had no issues. There is a serious problem with managing, being on top of the game and organizing that pharmacy area. This Pharmacy was short me and my medications then blame me for it they release refills prior to them being ready to refill and then blame me for it. CVS Caremark mail order is not any better stay away from CVS read more
